Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

Emerald Bliss is a beautifully maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the 13th floor of Emerald Beach Resort. This coastal retreat offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and a thoughtful layout, making it ideal for families and groups.

The spacious Gulf-front master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, a bay window with stunning sunset views, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a luxurious tub and spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and is conveniently located near the second full bathroom, which features a shower/tub combo. The built-in bunk nook provides twin-over-twin bunks, perfect for younger guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials to prepare meals. The open concept living and dining areas provide a welcoming space for gathering, while the private balcony offers panoramic Gulf views, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The living area sports a comfortable sofa.

Master Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and separate tub – Sleeps 2

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Parking:

Guests may park up to 2 vehicles at this resort.

Guests must register and pay for parking prior to arriving. 30aSeascapes will share a unique link for each unit, please make sure we have a good email address for your reservation. The parking garage is on the north side of Front Beach Road. (Overflow parking is in the gravel lot behind the pool area.) Once you enter the garage, park legally, then walk across the sky bridge so you can enter the building. (The owners' tower is to the left.) After crossing the sky bridge, take the escalator to floor one and locate the elevators.

All Tower 1 vehicles of guests or owners parked on property must be registered through the link we will provide. Vehicles without completed registration may be towed at the guest's expense.

About the Community/Property:

Panama City Beach is famous for its 27 miles of sugar-white sandy beaches and emerald waters. Guests residing at Emerald Beach Resort are in for a real treat, as this is one of the few full-service resorts along this coastline.

Listen to the soothing sound of crashing waves as you fall asleep after a fabulous day of play. Take advantage of the onsite amenities. Emerald Beach Resort features a lagoon pool, spa tub, Skybar café, poolside tiki bar, and private beach.

Gulf World Marine Park is just over a half mile away and Pier Park is about a 5-minute drive from the complex. Russell-Fields Pier and Shipwreck Island are about 2 miles away. Brought your clubs? Hombre Golf Course is less than 5 miles away. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is conveniently located less than 15 miles from the property (20-25 minutes by car).

The Emerald Beach Game Room: The game room is located at the Floridita pool. Game room 1 is in the Activities Center at the front of the pool area on the right side, closest to the front desk. Game area 2 is at the back of the Floridita pool. Have fun!

Other details to note:

Access to Onsite Amenities: Guests age 6 and up must wear the provided purple silicone wristbands while on property—especially when using amenities such as the pools, hot tubs, or the SkyBar. These wristbands are not disposable, and a replacement fee will apply if lost. Security strictly enforces Emerald Beach's Rules and Regulations. Repeated noncompliance may result in eviction, and 30a Seascapes does not provide reimbursement to guests removed for rule violations.

Trash Disposal: There are trash chutes on each floor to dispose of the trash . Make sure your trash is all in bags before putting down the chute

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
