I’ve stayed at tidewater before in different condo. This one was nice but sofabed was not comfortable. The waiting elevators is ridiculous. I understand holiday weekend but when u have elevators down not cool. 30 to 45 min waiting on elevators. I may not stay there again unless know elevators are all working.

Great Stay!

This was a awesome condo! Very nice and well maintained! The only issue I had was the elevator situation! We had to wait almost a hour for a elevator and we had a disabled person in a wheelchair with us. But other than it was a great vacation and we will definitely be staying here again!

The condo was great! The carpets and floors seemed dirty. After walking around barefoot for a short time our feet were black. Other than that it was fine.

Last Beach Trip Before Winter

We enjoyed our stay. The condo wasn't clean. The linens were new but had never been washed and they smelled terrible. We just used our beach towels. Elevators took forever but we used the stairs since we were on the 4th floor.

Relaxing, Romantic, Weekend Getaway

Did every thing we needed it to do! Great for a couple but could accommodate 2 couples or family of 4. Great view. Spent majority of time on the balcony watching storms roll through. Full kitchen came in handy (although we didn't cook much). Close to 2 sets of elevators. Very convenient. Although not everyone would agree, we thought the stroll to Pier Park was nice-about half a mile. No complaints from myself or my girlfriend. We would definitely come back!

Room was nice. It does need some updating. Rug needs to be changed out. The lady up front at check in really needs to be fired. She was very rude to me as well as alot of other people. Just plain RUDE

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean and well stocked, ready several hours before check in which was nice. Checkin process was fairly easy. Departure was a disaster. Waited 25 minutes to try to take an elevator downstairs with our luggage cart, but only one elevator was working and it was always full when it stopped at our floor. The cart attendant would not return our ID until we brought the cart back, so my son and his friend CARRIED THE CART down the stairwell while we made several trips to the car with our things. They told us when we checked in that the elevator wait times were long, and I wish I would have realized what a major issue this would be. Not ok for a 25+ story building. No complaints otherwise, but we will not stay here again due to this.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was one of the worst we have had, the throw pillows should have been thrown the patio furniture cushions where too dirty to sit on. The kitchen sink did not have a stopper so we could not hand wash dishes, the master bathroom sink stopper did not work I had to pry it up and it was solid hair and scum. There was no place for the luggage they had to go on the bunk beds. Kitchen could have been better supplied in the cookware dept. One very dirty fry pan was in the cupboard. This unit needs some attention to the condition to the master bathroom vanity and living room area rug. The unit needs some tlc. Sometimes it is the little things.And a secomd person came after the heating system was repaired earlier in the day. No credentials or any way to know if he was in fact sent by benchmark. A little scary to open the door in a strange place to a stranger without identification.

Do not stay here

This was a terrible experience. While the overall cleanliness was not bad for an older condo the room was definitely not acceptable. The room smelled strongly of air fresher which by day 2 it was clear that it was to mask the moldy smell that was prevalent. Both showers were standing directly in front of a pressure washer while being wrapped in plastic from the slower liner being wiped onto you. The washer, I can’t say was broken exactly but it took an hour to fill up and then would continue to cycle through all settings without ever stopping. The room was not well maintained to put it kindly. We had a hard time finding parking but did find a spot on the top level of the parking deck. It was a busy weekend so that is understandable but trying to offload and get to our room was the true beginning of this nightmare. We had to get from the 5th level to the second to get a luggage carrier but the elevators are a NIGHTMARE. there must be one barley working that is always too crowed to fit the waiting guest and luggage, with no ac. Waiting 20 mins to cram into an hot elevator was not a great welcoming. When we arrived at customer service I was informed of yet another $65 fee for parking and wrist bands. I paid more fees then room rate. That’s ridiculous! I also had to leave my id with the staff member at the front desk in order to take the cart to my room, that required another long wait for an elevator. By the time I returned there was no one at the CS desk. Elevators were HORRIBL

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo room was great. The room was everything that it said it would be. The resort itself and the staff were terrible except for a few exceptions. I will never stay here again. As you know the elevator sistuation was an obsolute nightmare. We are staying during the week so I didnt expect it to be so bad. They create this situation themselves becuase they have everyone check in at the same time. The parking garage is also terrible. Not enough parking and not well lit. The staff at checkin (especially the heavy set woman with the butterfly eyelashed) were extremely rude to guest. Not just me but I saw this same woman the next day working at the station where you check out the luggage carts and she was being again extremely rude to a guest. She should not be the face of your resort if she is going to talk to people with that tone of voice. The guest bracelets are a joke. Didn't work half the time and there are so many people coming and going that they pretty much serve no purpose in keeping unregistered people out. I guess they only purpose they serve is for the pool. My niece went to use the gym one morning (8-9 am) and unattended children were in there running around and they had to fine someone from security to make them leave the gym so she could use the equipment. Asuggestion that would make things better would be if your resort offered Valet. There were older people and people with lots of children that I'm sure would pay for the service just so they wouldn't have to deal with the elevator situation. You need a service elevation that is just for staff so that they could bring you luggage to your room and help you down when you leave just so you don't waste so much time waiting for the elvators yourself. I would pay at least $40 each way for this service just to save myself the frustration. You have the space on the main level for this so why not utilize it. Terrible service all the way around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our stay

We lost power on 2nd night ac went out in 3rd day, had to use stairs bc elevators were a nightmare. Will never stay there again. Unit was beautiful and clean but thats it, building itself was awful.
