Everything about this condo was perfect ! Plenty to do, close to everything, beautiful beaches, tons of amenities and very clean. The space fit our family perfect with a place for everyone. They also have lots of games to play for when that pop up rain shower comes through. We will be back to this condo for sure

Although the location was good, I was a little disappointed in the unit itself. For the price. I expected nicer and cleaner. I also don’t understand the two car parking limit when I had a unit that slept 12. Made no sense.

Very nice condo! It was clean, had everything we needed! The view was amazing. The parking is pretty easy! The food at the pool restaurant was good! My only thing that I wish it had was walking distance to some shops! I prefer to walk to like some of the souvenir shops instead of having to drive everywhere! But it is a place I would stay at again!

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever endured by a rental company. The place was disgusting and smelly. The rental company was literally the worst I have ever dealt with. We will definitely not be using them again or staying on this property again.

Great Stay!
This property was perfect for our annual girls trip. It was very spacious and easily slept 8 (10 if you have 2 small kids). The beachfront view was amazing, complete with plenty of balcony seating. The kitchen was well stocked and fitted modern appliances. All king sized beds were comfortable and the three bathrooms very super convenient! One drawback was the delayed check in during peak season. We were hoping we could still access the pool etc while we waited for our room to be available, but we couldn't. Also the unloading/check-in process was a small headache. We had to drive to 3rd floor, check out a luggage cart with our license, unload then come back down to return cart. Also, be advised grocery delivery isn't happening without you coming down and checking out a cart, because they won't give the delivery driver a cart to bring it up. Nevertheless, the condo was exceptional and we enjoyed our stay! I'd recommend it to family and friends!

Great Condo!!
A group of friends and me stayed in this condo for our vacation and everything was amazing!! The layout is great, only thing i would say is that it didn’t seem like the sheets were cleaned prior to other tenants renting out time there, was sand in the sheets when we entered but we ran everything through our laundry and were perfectly happy with everything else. I had heard very differential information about check-in/parking situations from the company that owns the Majestic Beach Towers which was slightly frustrating, but we made it out and had a fantastic time nonetheless. Everything can’t be perfect and I also understand the stress of cleaning/booking everyone in for the spring break crowd. thanks for having us!!!!

Great getaway.
Poor weather at first but the staff made sure everyone stayed safe and had a movie day in lieu of water activities which we enjoyed. Loved having an indoor and multiple outdoor pools to choose from. Mini market on ground floor for the items you accidently forgot as well as a starbucks for your morning coffee and a couple of places to eat from on days you dont feel like going anywear or cooking. We really enjoyed our stay only downer was the weather.

Needs some TLC
The unit needs some TLC, cabinet doors are falling, furniture is very used, linens are stained and old.
The unit could really use a deep cleaning you major dust allergies do not stay here.
Not having access to the gym for 4 days of our stay was highly disappointing due to them not having enough access cards. Then getting the card took half day out of my vacation waiting on it to be delivered, once delivered the card was never activated for access.
The process of having to go to the management office to sign papers once you arrive is a bit annoying. Never have I ever had to do that when booking through management companies.

Great Family Condo
9 of my family stayed in this beautiful condo with plenty of room. Each family could enjoy a king bed in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The views of the ocean were beautiful from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The balcony was large with tables.
There were plenty of dishes and cookware.
The dining table is large to accommodate a large group.
We had a wonderful time.

Nice property but it does need some maintenance
Property was nice well located. Property does need minor maintenance, bedroom doors don’t close property. Balcony furniture needs to be cleaned. Other than that everything good. Parking was good, beach and pool access is nice. Gym is clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation.
We did enjoy our stay however the condo was not cleaned as it should have been. The front door is not secure. The bedroom and bathroom doors need to be tighten and adjusted to close correctly. As well as the cabinets. All small things except the front door but should be repaired. This could be an amazing condo with a little maintenance. The location is amazing as well as the views. Right on the beach.

Beautiful Views and roomy condo
The location and property overall were perfect. We had a party of 8 and needed all 4 rooms, however one of the rooms had a bug problem and we couldn't use it. The property managers addressed it quickly on a Sunday and did all that they could to resolve it in a timely manner and we were able to complete our stay using the pull out bed in the couch.

Not Clean
I understand sand on the floor but not to ever be mopped isn’t acceptable. We had to keep shoes on and keep the babies out of the floor. Their feet, hands and knees was covered in filth. I found a mop in the furnace closet that had so much dust on it and could tell hasn’t been used in months. I mopped up a lot of filth. Elevators stay broken down even in the parking garage which made our trip miserable with 2 babies. The only positives- there are beach chairs and toys in the closet, the location and the beach was beautiful. And the 4:00 check in they failed to mention to me is actually a 4:00-6:00 window and we had to wait until right at 6:00 after a 11 hour drive. I have no idea why because it didn’t show to be booked before us and again it was dirty. This condo would be good if they would hire better cleaning service. We pay a lot for cleaning service so you would think they could hire someone who actually cleans.
