Very nice, as shown in photos.

Inside furnishings and appliances clean and new. Comfortable king bed. Very nice kitchen and bathroom. Cute decor. Easy access to pools and hot tub - all kept very clean. Outdoor patio rug needs replaced. Would definitely stay again!

Cute condo, but some things to know before you stay

The owners have updated this condo and decorated it nicely, and it's close to a beach entrance. With kids the walk would have been long, but for two adults it wasn't bad. There are no beach towels or beach "gear" available. The property itself is unimpressive. The building is not maintained well, the grass is dead/patchy, and the parking lot was in bad shape. There are only charcoal grills available, which are rusting badly. There is also a $25 vehicle registration fee to be paid separately to the property to park your car there or risk it being towed. The property management company requires you to walk through the condo and report any issues to them within 3 hours of arrival to avoid being charged for anything. I reported a couple of concerns that took several days to resolve. We paid more to rent this small unit for a week than we did for a 3-bedroom ocean front condo in Destin. During peak season, PCB is more expensive, but this unit was definitely overpriced for what it was. We wouldn't stay here again.

NIce, but with a little improvement could be Great!

It's the little things that make the difference from OK, to WOW. The door frame trim needs to be reattached. It looks like someone tried to break in the door with the safety latch engaged and almost succeeded. It fell off a couple of times while we were there and we had to try to hammer it back on with a sandal. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom needs to be mounted rather than free standing or get a heavier stand. It takes two hands to tear the paper. One hand to tear and the other to hold the stand upright. The ceiling over the tub could use a good cleaning. There was mildew/mold on the ceiling. You need to be aware that one of the outlets on the right side of the bed is operated by one of the switches. My spouse's phone didn't charge even though it was plugged in and the lamp that was plugged in to the same outlet worked just fine. The biggest issue is the wifi router is LOUD. It sounds like someone is running a weed eater outside. You can even hear it in the bedroom. It took us a little while to figure out where the buzzing/hum was coming from and I kept looking for the gardener outside, but it was dark out, so that wasn't it. Just a few minor fixes and it would have been a WOW stay.

Perfect for a couple

Very nice condo and perfect for a couple. Very close proximity to beach access. Pool just across from patio. Only reason for low rating on cleanliness was due to floors being dirty. Our feet/socks were filthy after only being in condo our first few hours. Luckily found a mop and mopped the floors myself and all good. I let management know the next morning they apologized and offered to have someone come over to clean. Since I already had cleaned it didn't feel the need. We would definitely stay here again when visiting PCB!

The best Panama City Beach has to offer!

This is THE hidden gem of the Emerald Coast! Booking literally took less than 20 minutes. The unit was exceptionally clean, neat and in order. You are within walking distance of Pier Park and soo much more! You can get up, get dressed and take a 5 to 10 minute walk to Coconuts for breakfast. There are so many little beach shops between this hidden gem and Pier Park that it would be near impossible to name them all. There is a beach access point directly across from the condominium parking lot and it's literally about 150 yards from the front door. Go out the back sliding door and...Booom! There is one of the 2 swimming pools on the property. The pools and the large hot tub are immaculately kept and clean! The whole complex is kept this way. Had the honor of meeting several of the owners of various other units while visiting and was surprised at how friendly everyone was. I really wish I could give this unit a 20 star rating, because it deserves it! Kudos to the owner and the management team!! A true luxury experience!I would book this unit over and over again! 100% satisfaction!! Book it while you can!!!

Spring Break 2024

We loved how close the unit was to the beach, and the pools were right outside the back door. This condo is not in the thick of the PCB action, and that was great news to us. We could visit the rowdy part of town if we wanted, but it was really nice to be among a more family-centric environment. We cook on vacation, and we had mostly everything we needed. The kitchen could benefit from a few pairs of tongs, a salad bowl, and some additional hot pads. The kitchen is tight, but fine for a week or so. Everything was as described in the listing. Renovations were nice, furniture was comfortable, and we had the linens that we needed. The check-in process was not as convenient as most rentals in VRBO, but I understand that was a special circumstance because of Spring Break. I did not like having to stop by a separate out of the way office to check in. It added an additional 30 minute travel time to the already long trip. The rental company and condo association are separate entities, so contacts for parking/pools are different people. There were no major issues, but the separate entities and disjointed communication required multiple calls and emails to ensure that we, as renters, had what we needed to ensure our car was safely parked and that we would not be surprised by anything.

Great gateway

Great location. Clean, quiet. Easy to find. Perfect getaway. Close to the beach. The bed was super comfortable and the AC super cold (we loved that). Kitchen comes with everything you need to cook. Will definitely go back.

Cozy and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was decorated beautifully and full of all necessary amenities. I appreciated that there were extra beach chairs to utilize as well. The set up of the condo allowed my family of four to not feel cramped. I love the fact that the pool was right outside of the patio.
