  • This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 11th floor Grandview East unit is the perfect choice for your next trip to the Emerald Coast with 1559 square feet of Gulf FRONT living space! This beautifully decorated, beach front 3BR/2BA condo is located on the 11th floor, boasting spectacular views from the comfort of your living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. This unit features tile and hardwood floors throughout the unit, upscale decor, granite counter tops, 3 large flat screen TV's, and a full washer/dryer for your convenience. Relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on your private balcony, taking in the view of the white sand beach as you watch the waves crash against the shore. You will find a King bed in the master, and queen beds in the second and third bedrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

    Grandview East is a fabulous 17 story boutique complex with just over 60 units in the entire building, which means an uncrowded beach for you! Amenities include a Gulf Front pool, fitness center, and easy beach access. You can relax in your comfortable room or spend time on the beach soaking up the natural beauty. Grandview East has also provided a wheelchair ramp to the beach along with a wheelchair accessible mat that leads directly into the sand from the beach boardwalk. Grandview East is currently the only building in Panama City Beach to offer RECENTLY UPGRADED High Speed Internet to the pool and beach, so you can enjoy the beach while working and learning remotely! Great location and view of the Gulf! Many restaurants nearby. Condo is very clean and even better than advertised. Very roomy feel and beds and bathrooms are clean. Liked so much we are booked again for later this year. Host James is awesome! Very quick to respond to my questions. Check in was flawless.

The location is fantastic- from the gorgeous view to lots available within walking distance.St.Andrews State Park is close by which was worth the visit along with Shell Island. The condo was spacious and the kitchen well stocked with cookware. We would definitely rent this unit again.Our host,James, was wonderful to work with and replied back quickly with any questions.We were here for a month and were very comfortable.

Great oceanfront view!! Roomy condo for 6 people. Would be my go to if traveling to Panama City again. Communication was great and was able to get into condo early which I appreciate greatly after traveling all night from central Michigan. The 2 chair rental was amazing. Will always find a condo with it included now. It was decently clean but could use an upgrade to the front small room bedding but not a deal breaker.

This was a great unit on the 11th floor. wonderful space overlooking the gulf. Clean, spacious and the perfect getaway for a long weekend or longer.

Great!

Having a 3 BR was great, We usually stay in a hotel and have no privacy. Easy access to beach. Our beach was not too crowded (some condos down the street were standing room only & I was glad ours wasn’t that way). We loved our stay.
