The beds are old and uncomfortable. The TV remotes were hard to use and we could not figure out which ones to use. Not enough luggage stands. Bathrooms need to be refurbished. The oven and microwave had issues. typically beach house issues. Beautiful views but the area is too crowded. We wont go back to Rosemary beach.

This place is good as it gets in rosemary beach. Perfect location, beautiful house, absolutely best beach view u can get. Remember to reserve beach chairs at la dolce vita.

Family Getaway

The view and property location was spectacular. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and small grocery. Beach was sugar sand and chairs were available for rent. The management company responded immediately to any concerns and were in daily communication with us. We were disappointed that the kitchen wasn’t stocked appropriately for 16 people. At minimum there should have been 16 set ups, glasses, wine glasses, drink glasses, silverware. A few more casserole dishes and cookware was needed when you are cooking for 16 people. The overall house worked great for our family regarding sleeping and hanging out. Indoor and outdoor space was ample. The overall house could use a little TLC, but is easily overlooked because of the views.

Wilder Dreams..

Beautiful house and awesome view of the ocean and sunsets. Sounds of waves crashing on the beach all day and night. Everything in walking distance.. Loved it!

Awesome spot

We celebrated our oldest son’s 30th birthday! Our family ranges from an infant, 18 year old and up to 30 year old. Everyone loved it. The house was fantastic and the views are amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay!

The house has the most beautiful view! All new appliances, cold a/c, plenty of room. Beautifully furnished and clean. Perfect location. Walking distance to downtown (2 blocks). Little grocery store right across the street was very handy. The teens loved using the bikes to explore. The balcony is the I my one like it taking you out farther than the other houses. My only notes are about the mattresses. Others have mentioned that they need replacing and they are correct. Almost every one of them has deep divots which make sleeping much less comfortable. Also the bathtub downstairs doesn’t have a a bathtub spout. Just a shower head so you have to fill the bath using the shower head which takes FOREVER and makes a mess. Other than that the house was beautiful and we would definitely stay again! Property mama get met us at check in and explained a few things. Was very very accommodating and kind. Thank you!

Disappointing for price

Location is perfect. Property needs love. Pool was dirty. The windows in the main room have moisture between the panes clouding the view greatly diminishing the vistas portrayed online. House smelt like mold for 24 hours and had to be aired out. Needs internal paint. For this price point, look elsewhere. Disappointing and reduced the enjoyment of a great spot.

It’s only been a few weeks and we’re headed back

The location of this house cannot be beat! You’re right in the middle of all the great places and can walk virtually everywhere. The views and sunsets from the porch are incredible. We had a few minor issues with the house but the management team was very responsive and quick to help us. I would recommend booking this home. It worked great for our group of 11 during spring break.

Ideal location

You really couldn't ask for a better location. This house is amazingly private but also a quick walk to the center of action. Amazing dwelling, great view, secure beach, and a killer serenity. It was clean, the team was responsive, friendly and attentive. We loved it.

The property was as advertised and the view was incredible. Water's Edge is a nice location, very close to Rosemary. The house was tidy and clean with the standard list of items needed for a rental, and nothing more. 30A Rentals was Fantastic, and literally saved the day multiple times. They are new to managing the house and we found LOADS of deferred maintenance items that they address quickly. We enjoyed our stay but for feedback purposes, here is what we noted. We would have liked more instructions on the Induction Stove. The front door Code box was irritating because you had to enter the code Every single time you entered (no way to leave the door unlocked). The AC units were VERY loud and ran continuously regardless of the temp settings (and yes, they were set to Auto). The pool was missing the cleaning net and no beach or pool toys were to be found. The 3rd floor AC unit leaked water through the ceiling in the kitchen. The roof/patio was leaking also (in a different location) in the living room and the "water" was brown and gross and sprayed around the room when the fan was on. The light/fan switches appeared to be installed upside down (to increase fan speed you hit the Down arrow!) as were many of the Shower and Sink handles, making hot and cold/ push and pull confusing. Overall, as mentioned, the management company was fantastic and the house has a great location. Thanks for having us!

Absolute Paradise!

Wilder Dreams is located right on the beach front and has an incredible deck that extends out to overlook the beautiful white sands of the beach--every evening was spent there watching the beautiful sunsets! There were also a few naps taken in the "swing daybeds" on the covered porch as the waves crashed below. It was a difficult decision as to whether or not to stay out on the incredible deck or to relax in the beautifully appointed family room! We lacked nothing...you thought of everything. The location is perfect and so convenient. The privacy and shade of the beautiful pool was perfect. It was warm so we did not have a chance to light up the gorgeous, deep blue glass fire pit...maybe next time! Wilder Dreams property provided the perfect vacation for us and we are so grateful! Can't wait to return.

Excellent Christmas family gathering

11 family members fit easily into this quality, clean, home on the beach in a gated neighborhood just steps away from shops of Rosemary Beach. Pool was great! Responsive homeowners. Would stay at Kiwi Castle again! Love the ice machine! Pool was great.

Kiwi Kastle at Rosemary Beach is wonderful!

Kiwi Kastle is the perfect place to stay if you have a large family group!. We had a group of 8 adults and 6 kids, ages 2-4. Because it has 3 levels and stairs, we used a baby gate to keep the small kids from playing on the stairs. The upper and main floors had amazing views of the ocean/ beach and the lower floor looked out on the wonderful pool area. And, it was only a minute’s walk to the beach, which made it so much easier with little kids! We even saw dolphins in the ocean while relaxing on the wonderful balconies of KiWi Kastle.

Wonderful home and the view is incredible!

The location of Kiwi Kastle can't be beat. It is gulf front and easily walkable to the Seacrest and Rosemary Beach communities. The living and kitchen area were decorated beautifully and a wonderful place to hang out with everyone while looking out over the gulf.
