The neighborhood is located on the western edge of Panama City Beach with a multitude of options in short distance. Lake Powell is within walking distance and several dining options are available on the southside of Highway 98 at Carillon Market Street. Within a 5-7 minute drive, you can be in Rosemary Beach on iconic 30A, or enjoying a day of shopping at 30Avenue. There’s a fantastic public beach access located on Orange Avenue at Inlet Beach. There are also several options due south of the property in Sunnyside Beach. About 15 minutes east, you will have endless shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities at Pier Park. As you enter the home you will notice the bright welcoming interior, comfortable furnishings and coastal decor. The home is newer construction and appointed with modern fixings: oak luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless appliance, recessed lighting in the kitchen. You will have access to the laundry room off of the kitchen. The three bedrooms are located in down the hallway, beyond the kitchen.

The primary bedroom is appointed with a comfortable king bed. There is an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and a walk in shower. In the bedroom, there is also a dedicated work desk!
There is a nicely appointed guest bathroom in the hall, along with the queen and bunk bedroom in the hallway. Outside on the back patio, there is nice space to unwind, relax, and enjoy outdoors. There is an outside dining table with an umbrella and a seating area under the covered porch.
