Loved the beautiful view from the balcony. The beach was clean. The water was very clear. The weather was great. The condo was just as described on VBRO. The recently renovated kitchen was gorgeous. Thank you for allowing us to use your property.

Overall enjoyed our stay, but for the price paid several improvements need to be made.

Dust on furniture in bedroom. Inside bottom of kitchen trash can filthy! I washed it out! Floors felt sandy! Floor tiles chipped. Paint peeling in showers.

The condo was beautiful. Everything shown in the pictures is 100% accurate but does not do it justice. It is so much better! The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. The balcony had nice furniture and what appeared to be new cushions that were great quality. The shower pressure was perfect for women with thick or long hair. The bath towels provided was an adequate amount that you didn’t have to wash them daily or every other day. The washer and dryer provided was a full size and not stackables. The kitchen appliances were very nice, including the refrigerator that had a built in water and ice maker. There was enough ice daily that we were able to use it for our coolers that we took to the beach. The coffee maker is a Keurig cup or standard maker for convenience. We only used 1 of the pools but visited the bigger pool with the food bar. We also ate at the food bar more than once as it was actually good food. The bigger pool had music and more adults than children. The other pool was quieter and perfect for smaller children. Check-in and check out was perfect. I especially loved that instructions were left inside the condo with our parking pass. Overall, it was very welcoming and we would definitely stay there again.

Mediocre Stay

The condo itself was nice. We enjoyed the layout, the location, access to the beach, the pools, etc. There were smaller things that affect everyday life that were an inconvenience. The freezer drawer was broken, the garbage disposal wasn’t working, certain outlets didn’t work, the outside light on the balcony didn’t work, the sinks didn’t drain very well, etc. The first day after we went and bought groceries the freezer wouldn’t freeze and we contacted the number that was given to us and never not once got a response. The only response we got was after we emailed, following the multiple texts. The maintenance worker was great. He was there within a couple of hours and fixed the freezer, sinks, and disposal with no issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in PCB, we enjoyed the condominium, but we would not rent this condo again.

2nd year in a row we stayed at Long Beach Resort! We love it! Great location and the units have been amazing! So far Tower 2 is our favorite! Reach out to Maureen @ Barefoot Beach Rentals, she is great and very responsive!

Amazing views!!!

Pros: super clean, great sized condo. Views out each room. Next to pineapple Willy’s. Not super crowded and also a super easy walk to the beach!! We absolutely loved the location. Cons: I had to reach out to get the door code bc we never received it. The door pad also died so that was a bit unfortunate being that we had to wait to get inside to get formula. However, host was fast at getting it taken care of. I do wish there would have been some kind of apology on her end for those two things but she never did. Overall, we would stay again.

Always enjoy our stay at this location.

As stated we really enjoy our time here. This is the third time we have stayed at this condo complex and the second year in a row that we stayed in this particular condo. We plan to be back next year. Love the location and the heated pools in November. See you next year!

Beautiful!

Beautiful unit with spectacular views! Very clean, very spacious and well-decorated. Access to the beach, was awesome! Some problems with the elevators, but when both are working, they are very fast. All in all, a great stay. Highly recommend!

Pictures don’t lie!

The condo was just as the pictures showed. As with most rentals it could use some maintenance and we were not informed that they would be surfacing the parking lot for a full week having us to park in adjacent lots. All in all it was a good unit and would recommend it.

Just what was described.

Accommodations were very comfortable. Location was excellent and convenient. Keep track of those pesky wrist bands but you really don’t need them, never checked. We will come back, enjoyed it very much.

Great week at long Beach

Condo was nice and had most everything (dishes, cookware, small appliances, etc) we needed for a family vacation week at the beach. Only issue was with the elevators but that is pretty consistent with any high rise condo.

The condo is absolutely stunning. The views are great. The condo was super clean, and it had so much room and space for the 8 of us. Maureen was super easy to communicate with as well. I will definitely be using this condo again for future trips!

Dirty & under maintained

The condo was nice but dirty, under maintained, has cockroaches and was under stocked for the price you pay. When unpacking we took our shoes off and after a short period of time our feet/socks were filthy. There were no cleaning supplies but found some bleach and a mop bucket, providing us the ability to mop the ENTIRE condo allowing us to walk around without shoes or filthy feet. The bathroom mirror, toilet seat and hand towels were dirty in one of the masters and both master tub drains do NOT work nor hold any water so we could bathe. We found 4 cockroaches throughout the condo on the walls at night. After the price and fees we paid I feel this place should have been better cleaned, sprayed and maintained. There was NO dish soap, only 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms, no garbage bags etc. I have rented many condos and have never seen one be so tight on supplies. We had to go over to Walmart and buy dish soap, dish washer soap, toilet paper and garbage bags to only need literally 1 extra toilet paper, 2 xtra garbage bags, a small amount of dish soap and dish washer pods. Of course Wallmart does not sell "trial size" supplies which was an added expense and hassle, to only giving the rest away to fellow residents. Even a hotel that is less money provides more than these people do. I am a successful business owner and understand people will steal what you provide but.... Not to have the bare minimal let alone a few extra things and be expected to leave it tidy when you check out is a little much to ask. I also want to point out check in time was 4PM on all contracts but at the last minute we get an email that check in time was 5PM. We challenged this and without explanation were sent another email stating check in was at 4PM. Check out time is 9AM which is a little ridiculous beings how most places are 11AM. I did not complain when we were there due to the nature of the owners demeanor when expressing herself before we even arrived. Her emails and contract language are brought across as if we were children being dictated to. This was disturbing, creating cause for concern and honestly did not make our arrival very welcoming or wanting to contact her. Since, I have discovered other reviews that are similar in nature and honestly would stay in another unit when we return again.

Excellent place with an amazing view

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It’s very nicely furnished and has everything you need. The appliances are new. The decor has very good beach vibes. We did not see a single bug as was mentioned in a prior review. The place was clean and impeccable when we moved in. Now like every place has room for improvement: the wifi is not reliable and we couldn’t watch streaming content in the bedroom; all the showers have flow restrictors that we recommend the owner hire a plumber to take out and improve the water pressure in the showers; the balcony furniture isn’t great and could definitely use an upgrade. I rated this condo 5 stars despite these minor issues as everything else is so good. We have stayed at Long Beach resort three times and it’s a great place to stay on the beach. Maureen is easy to work with and responsive. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the beach is beautiful. Go ahead and book this condo. You will love it!!
