Upon arrival, painting outside fence, repairing a water line and the home was just unclean. One bed had a broken leg and the home was dirty.I stayed one night and checked out, I was charged for one night and a cleaning charge, home was not clean at the start. Also had pool charge and never even used the heat that I paid for. I will not stay at your sites in the future!

Girls Weekend

We had an incredible time staying at this VRBO! The home was absolutely perfect location as it was a very short walk to beach and to town. The home was very clean and spacious. We had a brief issue with the AC system and the management company came to resolve the issue immediately. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great Property

We had a great time - the rental was clean and looked just like the pictures in the listing. You can walk down to the beach, it isn't terribly far but you can't use the golf cart because they won't let you park it in Rosemary, so that is good to know. The pool was great for the kids we had, they loved having that and the management company was very helpful when I need it. Overall, great stay!

Super cute property close to everything - a few small issues

Overall this property is beautiful!! Super close to downtown rosemary and close to Alys beach and inlet beach. Loved the area so much and close to beach access and grocery stores. A few things that were not the best was multiple bed sheets that were either dirty or stained, there was a cockroach/beetle bug crawling around in the place above the garage and 4 or so spiders in the main house, the chairs by the pool literally had dirt stains on them from previous stays that looked like a human body and were very dirty all in all, they also don’t have number of cups for how much the place “sleeps” (example: they only had 6 coffee cups for a 16 sleeper) so we had to consistently wash dishes to accommodate for our group, and finally, no one was able to connect to the WiFi which was also a downfall. We did have a leaky faucet which they did send someone to fix and they were good at answering questions we had so that was nice! Please be aware there are limited supplies given, garbage bags you only have the ones to start and once those are full you need to supply your own, and there are no beach towels, only bathroom towels so make sure to bring beach towels! The post also mentions ALL these amenities that DONT actually come with the Vrbo like bikes, boat, tennis, etc. the Vrbo does not have any of that as an “amenity”, it’s just available things to do near by so less an amenity and more of a “things to do near by”.

Perfect Getaway Stay

Spacious, perfect for a large group. Loved the large inside and outside dining table. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for our 14 guests! The kitchen was well stocked and the Guest house was ideal We loved this house for our bachelorette getaway.

Amazing stay!

Stayed here for a girls week in Rosemary and it was perfect. Air conditioning was great, pool was clean, house was clean! Quick walk from everything in Downtown Rosemary and the beach. Would absolutely come back!

Great location and house for our Bachelorette party

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at the house! The location is great- just a short walk to the beach and many shops/restaurants! The private pool is great and the bedrooms were very large and comfortable. We had some minor issues with the Wi-Fi and extra outdoor trash bins, but we still had a wonderful time.

Inlet Beach Stay

The house fits a large family perfectly. It’s in a great location. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Need reservations for the restaurants. Beach is beautiful and dreamy. Having a private Pool at the property was amazing. We had an ant problem and the staff came out and tried to remedy the problem as soon as they could.

Sweet Memories

Our growing family enjoyed our stay and made some sweet memories. The house was perfect for us. Our son and daughter-in-law brought our 1st/baby grandson. ;). Our other 3 daughters and 2 boyfriends came, too. There was also a beach proposal and She Said Yes! Plenty of room of games and hanging out and baby playing. We maxed out the pool but they had a great time. Its close enough to Rosemary but also close to the beach. The golf cart was a nice bonus. It mostly rained the week we were there, but the spaces in the house were comfortable and we just enjoyed being together. We would stay here again.

Amazing property!

We had the best girls weekend staying at this property in Rosemary Beach! The location could not have been more perfect! We were able to walk to The Pearl hotel as well as several restaurants and coffee shops. We were also walking distance to the beach which made for such a fun day! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location and House!

We all had an amazing time at Inlet Beach! The location was great and the outdoor area was so nice to relax. The house was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We had what we needed for just a long weekend.

Great value with great amenities.

Overall this is a great property. It is spacious, well appointed and has lots of great amenities. Property management responded quickly and communication was easy. It deserves a deeper cleaning. We also had some issues with air conditioning leaking and the pool pump going out but property management dealt with the pool right away. We would definitely return for another stay.

Great house, plenty of space, great location, only a few negatives

We had a fantastic time at this property and enjoyed being close to restaurants and the beach. The beds were great, the pull out sofa beds were not. Both pull out beds had dirty sheets on them and were extremely uncomfortable. The property had a golf cart and chairs and umbrella for us to use which was fabulous! The space was beautiful and very tastefully decorated we also really enjoyed the pool. I got a splinter on the table in the living room in my finger which still hurts, there was dust build up in a few places, and ants in the kitchen when we arrived. The alarm system on the house was a total pain as it beeps every time you open the door from the inside or out unless you push the button, which basically took us the whole weekend to get down. Other than that it was a gorgeous house and provided for a great friends getaway!

Good Location

This was our second summer staying in the area and we like that being on Inlet beach you can still use golf carts, unlike Rosemary and others. We rented a second cart and it made getting to the beach super easy because close to the beach on the road you drive down is a vacant lot that we were able to park the carts on and not having to walk with littles ones made it even easier. That being said it really is not a far walk at all. The property was generally clean with a well stocked kitchen for basic cooking. One complaint I have is that after booking they changed it to where the elevator was not available for guest which was really only a problem with suitcases. Also just so you are aware if you drive straight down the road to the beach there is a small strip of public access beach and the rest is private, but to your left there are umbrellas and chairs available to rent by day or for the weak by a nice gentlemen that has an agreement with the beach owner, and while it was not cheap it was worth it to have the spot and shade with out having to set up our tent.

Great location & house!

We loved our stay here! The beach was so close and the golf cart made it so easy with all the kids! The house was very clean and nice - comfy beds! Be prepared to buy everything….there wasn’t any extra trash bags or anything like that. Plus the listing said it had an elevator we could use but when we got there it said not for use by guests. 🤔 We were fine - it is a lot of stairs - but if you have someone that doesn’t do good with stairs or is elderly then you can’t stay here bc you have to use the stairs to get to a bed! Just FYI! Not a huge complaint but just letting others know so you know what you’re getting! We would def stay here again though! ☺️
