Location was great! Never received a code for the access gate to the beach. We were waiting outside the gate and another tenant came out and gave us the code or we would never have gotten in. Jonathan Taylor never got back with us!! One of the bed spreads was dirty on the bed. Floor by the bed had crumbs. Cabinet handles were dirty. Jets in the jetted tub had black stuff coming out of the jets. Unusable!!! The brooms were unusable. We appreciated the beach equipment, the kids loved the buckets and scoops, the beach chairs were great.

It was perfect for our family vacation. We had plenty of room. Everything was clean. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. . We basically had the pool to ourselves the entire time. The beach was so close to our unit.

The 1st day we got there da whole condo was warm so we waited to see if it cooled down for the night. The temperature did drop some butttt it was a warm night. I did call the number and spoke to an older lady and I kindly said it was a warm night she responded with it was a hot day and today will be another hot day. I responded, ma'am we are from Texas we know what heat is! She said, we will send someone to check the thermostat. Also, she wouldn't know what time the guy would show up. Mind you I called in the morning, We kinda waited around to see if anyone would show up. We left about 2:00ish p.m. as we needed to go to walmart which is not far from the condo. Lord and behold not even 10 mins into walmart I get a phone call from a guy stating he was around da corner from da condo and will br arriving shortly. Within not even 20 mins the condo sent a text stating da air was at 50 to 55 degrees and was functioning properly. We stayed Mon- Thur half of da condo was warm the whole entire time. Luckily we got thunderstorms and that's what made da condo a little cooler. Also, we had to scrape food off of some dishes and pots. We also found in one of the bedrooms a trash can with urine in it the first day we got there who knows how long that was there. Also, the 2 older men from the office were not fond of us seem like they were just watching us. Needless to say we would not recommend this place nor stay there again.

Awesome place and location

Definitely will be going back. This place is even better in person. Great location to restaurants, groceries, attractions and best of all the beach. The unit has everything you could think of. And, communication to /from the host and rental company was excellent.

Great location and condo

We loved everything about this place. It had 2 master bed rooms with 2 patio areas. We really enjoyed the kitchen which was stocked with everything to cook with and the built in drawer ice maker. The owner truly cares about this unit and it shows.

Spacious Beachfront Condo

We had a blast! Right on the beach with private pool! Easy access to everything at Panama City Beach. Really spacious and roomy condo. We had 5 adults and 7 kids and everyone had their own space. Highly recommend this as a great choice for large gathering of friends or family.

Girls Trip Thunder Beach!

We take several girls trips a year . We have been for the last 6 years going to the beach and have to say this has been our favorite place to stay. It was so big and slept 10 of us easily! We did not run out of space and with 3 full baths we never got in each others way. It was just a few steps to beach and no stairs to climb! We felt very safe here. This place will be the first one our list when booking we loved it so much!!

All three adult couples had large BR’s w/king beds! Condo was clean, spacious, comfortables, well equipped, up to date appliances and nicely decorated. Big bonus…built in ice maker!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic location. Being right by the pool and just steps from the gate to the beach made it incredibly convenient. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The only small surprise was that one of the rooms was a bit smaller than we expected, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Birthday Celebration

This weekend was my birthday and my husband and my 30th Anniversary. We stayed here with my children and their families and some friends. The layout of the house was perfect for the age ranges and it was well stocked with dishes. We cooked each meal here without issue. The ice machine was very nice to have when filling small coolers for the beach. The pool location was perfect to just walk out of one of the bedrooms. I was a little worried about the number of bathrooms, but that was never an issue. The littles were able to watch tv while going to sleep so they were happy.

Great place for family

We enjoyed our stay, close to the beach and pool. The condo could have been cleaner upon arrival - we had to strip two beds and wash sheets/comforter, one bathroom had a toilet not working well, and one bunk room did not cool off. Other than those minor things, the place was great. We really enjoyed our vacation there!

Great Location

Very roomy to accommodate a family of 10. Very Clean, well supplied kitchen, great patio, nice pool, very close to beach! Only problem, not a great view of the beach…dunes in the way of the view…still a wonderful property!
