Excellent!

We had a group of family and friends stay for an extended weekend, and it was perfect. Plenty of beds, plenty of space to spread out, and also to be together. The pool and hammock were both very relaxing. House was very clean, and host communicated very well. Will def try to book again!

Family reunion

Great place for a family weekend! We had family come from different places and there was plenty of room for all of us to relax and visit. The game room, pool, and hot tub were also nice amenities to have available.

Thanksgiving vacay

The property was exactly as described. Spacious, as well as had enough table seating for our large group. The house and yard were maintained. We did have an issue where the door knob broke, but the host had maintenance out the following day as it was thanksgiving. Communication was on point. We were really satisfied with everything overall. We did get to enjoy the pool on the first day as the water was warm, but the following days, the heater didnt heat the pool water and the water was cold and the hot tub didnt heat over 95 degrees, but we werent really there for that. So it wasnt a big deal to us. But just posting for host to be aware. Overall i still give this place 5 stars..it was fully stocked for us to make our thanksgiving dinner, had a game room for all the littles to play, as well as tvs for them to watch videos while the adults cooked thanksgiving dinner. It was a great time for all of us! We will definitely book again next year.

Great vacation home

We loved this vacation home. It is close to the beach. The house has everything we needed. There is plenty of beds, rooms, and bathrooms. It was quiet and relaxing here. We loved having the pool table in the house. My kids enjoyed learning how to play. It was a clean house and Yvette answered my questions promptly. I am so glad I went with this home. We have been to Panama City Florida for the last 6 years and this was the best vacation out of all of them. Thank you!

Tropical Paradise

This house was plenty big enough for the party of 22 we booked. The pool was big and clean and kept us entertained after our afternoons out and about. The gamr room was also a big hit! The kitchen was perfect for our large group.

Fun Time With Family

Simply a solid charming property and great value! The game room, pool, and Jacuzzi were the highlights. Plenty of room for our 9 adults and 1 seven yr. old. Access to PCB was good also. We visited in Jan. so everything was easily accessible by car. The property owner Yvette was a crown jewel!

Family vacation 2022

The house is much bigger than it appears from the outside. Plenty of room for our family. The pool is very large too which was wonderful; we could all enjoy it at the same time. Location is perfect! Close to everything. Would definitely recommend for a large family looking for the perfect sunny getaway!

Great place but needs some tlc

Management was very responsive to any issues. The stay overall was good for us but the price verses the shape of the property and parking issues would keep us from renting this property again. Only one bedroom has its on bathroom. As stated above needs some tlc

we love this property there is ample room for everyone and the pool was awesome and it took about 6 or 7 minutes to get to the beach public Access 64 and 65 there's also plenty of parking at the beach at the moment because of a closed restaurant

The owner makes the difference

It's no hidden thing that each place you stay there are always last minute questions and clarifications that pop up. In these instances the owner communication makes all the difference, and my experience was really awesome.

Family fun

The house was perfect for my large family of young adults. Due to the rain we stayed indoor for most of the day and never once did I hear “ I’m bored”. Everything about this home and the location was great!

Amazing Property

This property was amazing! Plenty of space!! I rented this property for my daughters 17th birthday weekend. House full of teenagers and no one was on top of each other. The game room And back yard was awesome! Great location too!

Amazing Family Getaway

I cannot say enough good things about my trip. The vacation rental exceeded our expectations. We were pleased with the amount of space the house provided. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but ample spaces for a large group to get together to congregate. The listing was accurate, the location was convenient and we were able to walk to the beach as well as to Pier Park. Most importantly, Yvette was highly responsive and even checked on us throughout our stay. Pros - The home was very nicely furnished. The house was clean and well maintained. There were ample kitchen appliances and amenities as well as bathroom supplies to get us started. There is a grocery store less than half a mile from the residence. Cons - we really had no major complaints. We did notice that at night when the lights are on the blinds are see through . We also arrived to find that the pool sticks were all broken. :-( Tips - You might want to travel with extra comforters if you have a large group and people are cold natured.

Gorgeous family rental

The home is beautiful and spacious on the inside. Everything we needed was available at this rental home and it is a very short walk to the beach. It is a gorgeous home that we are planning to try to rent annually.
