Great location and view

Condo had a great view of the ocean and location was perfect for us. The actual resort is nice with pools and hot tubs and direct access to the beach however, the condo itself is very dated. Needs to be updated. No access to beach chairs or any beach items. Did have plenty of towels and washer/dryer was in the unit so could wash as needed.

The condo was wonderful. Management kept you up-to-date on everything even checked in with you on your stay. Great location great amenities will definitely be back.

Great Location/Great Property

Listing was spot on so no surprises. 5th floor was perfect views of gulf and Tower 2 pool. Well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. No ice maker. No cable, only Roku streaming. Would recommend and will return.

Property was clean but needs some maintenance

The unit is ok, but has some inconveniences and needs maintenance. The closet in the master bedroom is locked by the owner, and there is no place to hang clothes. The glass top on one end table is missing; the property manager said the glass was broken by the previous renter and is in the process of being replaced. It is no wonder the glass was broken because the glass tops on the end table and coffee table are not secured; they slip and slide easily. We struggled with the TV; no cable available, so you had to use your Roku accounts or some other method. Instructions in the unit for using the TV did not match what was actually available; the property manager had to help us figure this out. The living room furniture is nice, and there were plenty of plates and eating utensils if you wanted to cook, which we did. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker or ice trays, though.

No ice maker

How inconvenient can it be to be at the beach in the middle of June with no ice what so ever,yes there was no ice maker in our fridge.The only other thing about the condo was the reclinder was broken,the arm just fell over . I invited my brother and his wife over ,who met us on the beach,it was humiliating when they said they were going to get a drink from the bar next to the pool but they wanted $20 bucks for 1 drink,that blew my mind.Edge water used to be the best condo on the beach.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We could not have picked a better location for our beach getaway. The condo had everything we could have hoped for. Fully stocked kitchen was so nice to find. We would love to come back!

Great resort condo

We enjoyed our stay. Great condo and resort. Easy parking and access to beach and pool. We had no issues getting chairs at the pool or beach. Resort is very clean and family friendly. The condo was as expected, very clean and comfortable. The only con is the plastic mattress covers which make sleeping a bit hot and no towel bars in the bathroom. Property manager was super responsive and helpful with all question before and during my stay . I would definitely stay here again.

Condo was unrentable.

Full of mold. Needed to call for removal. TV was not functional and eventually stopped working. Unit was old and rusty, not up to your standards. A refund is in order.

Good weekend

I love Edgewater! Had a great stay. The beds were very comfortable and loved having smart tvs! Only complaint is that the water pressure in the master bathroom was non-existent so we all had to use the other shower. Everything else was wonderful.

Beautiful!

The place was beautiful , clean and the property was amazing. The staff, visitors, and other owners were very friendly. We had a few problems such as hot tub did not work -which was the main reason I chose this condo over other ones that were less expensive. I was told I would be compensated for that, so I feel like I will be taken care of. Other than that, I loved the place!

Love love love PCB and Edgewater

We needed an extra condo this trip, and this one was perfect. Half of us stayed in the golf villa with the grandparents, and we got to wake up and hear the waves every morning in this condo. The resort is walkable, so getting more time to enjoy the gulf from this condo was just what we wanted. We were contacted about checking early that day, and everything was ready as we expected. Perfect for 2 couples. E loved golfing and pickle balling as much as walking the beach. You'll love Edgewater!
