The air conditioning was broken down and we had two portable units and they didn’t keep the room cool, we spent our time putting the weather stripping back on the balcony door bc we sit outside off and on bc the breeze was cooler than the room. The bed was hard and the couch was uncomfortable. This was our first vacation in ten years and I wanted to go to Panama bc it was our anniversary. We ended up leaving a day early bc I was so frustrated with the air conditioning and the heat in the room. I usually never do reviews, but this was definitely not worth the money we paid.

Girls trip

We had a little girls trip and it was great. I would definitely recommend and book here again. The ceiling fan does need to be seen about, it make a noise while in use.

Spring get away

It was nice for a short stay, had everything we needed the property the unit is located on was well kept and secure. The bed was not comfortable in the least and the floors were sandy upon entering our unit. There was even a significantly large pile of sand in the bathroom. Appliances were nice and updated and the view is amazing!

Nice get away

The property is older, and they were doing upgrades. Lots of work going on during the day and one day we were without water most of the day. Besides the construction, very quiet area and easily accessible to everything we needed

Best weekend getaway

Wonderful gulf view

This condo was very pretty and in a great location. The gulf view was beautiful! However, the seating in the living room was not comfortable and the bedroom had a portable air conditioning.

Don’t do it

The bed is horrible along with the pull out couch.. Air didn’t work. Property brought us a fan but it did no good. Can’t open the fridge all the way, it hits the cabinet. Can’t open the oven unless you open the cabinet because the knob stops it. Drains are slow in the shower and bathroom sink. It definitely wasn’t worth what I paid.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The condo is beautiful. It was perfect for just the 2 of us. Balcony had a great view. Everyone was nice. It was safe. Security does a great job, but are very friendly. Everything was great.

Had some difficulty getting parking pass and wristbands upon arrival as the office was never open. Had to purchase from security. Bit of back and forth and hassle, but other than that it was fine. Balcony was worth it. Room was clean. Overall would stay again.

Great Stay! Great Unit! Great Location!

My wife and daughter stayed for 4 nights in this unit. The unit is a bit small but perfect for only the two of them. The balcony offered stunning ocean views and sunsets. And the layout of the balcony offered privacy where you did not see your neighbors. The building has security and wristbands must be worn at all times with a PIN code required to access the facilities. This added level of security was very comforting for two women traveling alone. The condo has private beach access and chair rentals (HIGHLY recommended!). Unit is freshly remodeled (as of May 2024) and was very clean and matched the photos in the listing. Our only disappointment was the tight space in the kitchen. To save space the galley kitchen is quite narrow. So narrow the appliances do not fully open. Probably a remodeling miscalculation. The fridge opened fine but the dishwasher and oven doors do not fully open. We did not use either appliance during our stay so it was not a big issue. This might need to be addressed for future renters but it really was not a bother for just two people. Otherwise, if you are looking for a nice, inexpensive, quiet place to spend a few days on the beach this unit is highly recommended!
