The house was very clean, well appointed kitchen. GREAT space and plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 young kids. We thought road noise would be a problem but could barely tell. We had a few questions or needed a replacement broom and management was extremely helpful and prompt.Location was fantastic for us. We could walk to the pier or pier park shopping. Grocery was a close drive, as were restaurants. Dusty's right across the street was awesome! It rained a few days but we just walked across the street for beers and oysters!Would absolutely stay, again....here or any other Holiday Beach property.

Perfect Family Reunion at Pier Park Paradise!

My family had an awesome family reunion staying at Pier Park Paradise! Beautiful house with beautiful views, comfortable areas inside and outside, and close to restaurants and shopping. We hope to stay again next year!

Beautiful property

We arrived on Saturday October 22 - and access to the property was easy. Prior to arrival I received an Email with the access code and it worked like a charm. The house is exactly like pictured and described - it is BEAUTIFUL! It was very clean as well. I thought the beds were comfortable, my husband thought they were a little soft for his taste. The kitchen has everything you need to whip something up for breakfast, lunch, or dinner - although I will admit we rarely cooked. The living room was cozy with the electric fireplace. I was pleasantly surprised by the ice machine on the lower level, I'm sure it was listed in the amenities, but I missed it, but it was so convenient to have - we loaded up a cooler with drinks before a fishing excursion and I realized I didnt have to stop for ice on the way - bonus for me. The pool was great - we were in it every day. In the kitchen area there is a touchscreen that provides some nice information - about your stay, area attractions, things to do - and it even posted information about the red flag warnings - which I appreciated not being a Florida resident. The touchscreen was a nice touch to the property. I contacted management one time. The strip on steps from the 2nd to bottom floor came loose and I wanted to let them know about it. They offered to have maintenance come over right away, but I thought it was unnecessary - we saw it and were cognizant of it when moving from the 2nd floor to the bottom floor. I mainly just wanted to let them know because that could be a tripping hazard for someone if they didn't know. Overall - the property is beautiful. Being able to walk out the backdoor and onto the beach was incredible. We were walking distance from Pier Park. We had no issues at all - as stated above I only contacted management once because I didn't want to forget about the step strip issue. I would stay at the property again. For management and I don't think these are big issues at all, just as an FYI perspective of things I noticed: The lower-level half bath, around the outlet, near the sink, has some chipped paint - could use a slight touch up. The dresser in the master bedroom - some of the handles on the drawers are missing.

Beautiful house but cold showers

Gorgeous house, perfect location, and beautifully decorated.. However; the water never got warm on the top floor but for a few minutes. The alarm went off two times 7am after 1st night there and 4am our last morning because of the cold water. Everyone was startled and lost sleep. We did have someone come out after several requests the first time. It happened. He assured us the water was warm on all floors .The 2nd time 4am we were able to reset it ourself but everyone in the house was made wide awake by this. It was on and off freezing so we showered downstairs very disappointed after spending so much to stay there . Also no beach chairs for the beach so must bring your own. No Keurig in a modern house like this was surprising.

Family beach time

House was lovely. Perfect for multiple families. My daughter loved the bunk bed room. There’s enough space for everyone to have quiet time. The kitchen is amazing, everything you need for a week of cooking is available. You just need the spices. Pool was the perfect size for small children and is in the shade which was very welcomed after mornings at the beach. Each balcony/deck had adequate furniture for breakfast and lunch Al fresco! Would definitely stay here again!

Our family loved this house

All the adults and even our young children were in agreement this house is a great place to stay. In previous reviews, there was a lot said about the size of the small pool. But we enjoyed it very much it was perfect for the kids to get out of the sun. Beds were very comfortable! The children loved the bunk room. Everyone absolutely loved staying right on the beach. Made it so easy for people to go back-and-forth. The only downside I see was carrying luggage to the third floor, my husband and I both have heavy (50 lb) suitcases. I definitely would recommend this house! Hope they get the downstairs ice maker fixed soon.

Another great experience!

This was our second Thanksgiving at Pier Park Paradise and it did not disappoint! Great location and a beautiful and luxurious home! If you are considering this property for a gathering with friends and family - book it! You won’t regret it.

Amazing house and location

Had an absolutely wonderful time here with the entire family celebrating my dads 60th Birthday. Ages ranged from 60 to 6 months. Everyone had a great trip.

Awesome house!

The house was beautifully done! So close to the beach and pier which was really fun and convenient. The only negative is the construction going on right next door which I know is temporary but was definitely a negative as they pretty much worked everyday...all day. Other than that, the property management company was excellent at communicating and we loved the house.

Best spot in PCB

House was spotless, well equipped with updated appliances, furnishings, bedding and dishes. This is a luxurious home with an amazing location right on the sandy white beaches of the gulf. The private boardwalk and outdoor shower are an added bonus. There is a large refrigerator in the kitchen and a small one on lower level for overflow. In addition, there is a separate beverage cooler designed to hold wine bottles and canned beverages. The bunk room sleeps six and was perfect for the kids. The pool deck furniture as well as balcony furniture is top of the line. Everything is well maintained and new. There is not one negative to report...it was everything we wanted for our reunion.

Awesome House!

This house was beautiful, fantastic, and worth every penny! The location was amazing, on the beach, and within walking distance to Pier Park. The property manager was very responsive and met all of our needs! Would recommend to friends and definitely stay here again !

One of the best beach houses we've every stayed at!!

House is brand new, modern, tons of space, and directly on the beach. The location could not be more convenient to food, bars, restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach. We liked that it was not in the heart of the tourist district, this part of the beach is not crowded. Each bedroom and bathroom of this home is uniquely decorated with lots of detail and style, and the views are amazing. Highly recommend!

Beachfront Stunner

We were looking for a beachfront respite for Thanksgiving for our Family of 3 and our good friends (also a family of 3) and this property exceeded our expectations! The property is new and no expense was spared. I now want to put in a daybed swing on our property as I miss the one on the top deck so much. A swing on that at night before bed was part of our regular routine. You can’t get any closer to the beach. Having private beach access was a must - and the view was outstanding through every window. We wish the pool was bigger (it’s really more of a “spool”) but as it was a bit cooler - pool time wasn’t high on our list. It’s close to everything you could want - if you can pry yourself out of the house. We’re already talking about going back!
