The space

Welcome to 'Quality Time!'

Inside on the first floor, you'll find a warm and inviting main living area complete with a cozy fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. Just beyond, the dining area features a table for 8, ideal for gathering and enjoying shared meals. The nearby chef's kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a beverage fridge, and an extended island with seating for 4. This floor also includes the laundry room, a half bathroom, and the first master bedroom, which features a King bed, a walk-in closet, a private porch, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. Step out from the porch to a lovely walking trail that passes right behind the home and throughout the neighborhood!

Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find an additional living area, offering even more space to unwind. This space opens to a large covered balcony with comfortable sofa seating and chairs, perfect for enjoying the fresh coastal air! This floor also includes three additional bedrooms, the first complete with a King bed, a walk-in closet, access to a shared balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Another bedroom also has a King bed, a walk-in closet, access to the shared balcony, and shares a hallway bathroom with a glass shower. The final bedroom on this floor is a bunk room with two sets of Full-over-Full bunk beds, also sharing the hallway bathroom with a glass shower.

The third floor offers a private retreat, complete with a second master bedroom which features a King bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.

There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway, with additional parking available throughout the community.

Located just steps from the Seacrest Beach shuttle stop, it's easy to hop on and head straight to the beautiful white-sand beaches! Throughout the neighborhood, you'll find charming cafés, delicious dining spots, boutique shops, and more! Just a short walk or bike ride away are the scenic towns of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach!

Guests can also enjoy access to the Seacrest resort-style community pool, just a short walk away!

For those who love the outdoors, Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell offer birding, kayaking, and hiking, while golfers will enjoy being just minutes from Camp Creek Golf Club!

Guest access

Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest resort-style community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!

There is a complimentary tram that can be used to get to and from the beach that stops right outside the home!

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
