Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was nice and clean. Checkin process was easy. Condo is within walking distance of many restaurants and activities.

Family Vacay 2023

Great place and location! Very responsive property manager, the freezer in unit had been defrosted before our arrival. She was very upfront with us on the issue! Loved the location, other than elevators being slow and half of them out of order.

Elevator status

All elevators need to be in service. We were told the two out of service I. Metals bay side had been out for over a month. This should be a priority fix

Great place, but to busy to enjoy

During our stay, it was hard to find a parking space, parking deck narrow so be careful due to people driving like it is a speed way, property had 8 elevators for 600 condos. Sounds good but during any given time 75% were down. 1 or two on each side would work. Very noisy at night due to traffic and younger group playing loud music, loud cars and just hollering at each other. TV had very few stations. In my opinion, which we all have, to expensive for what you get in return.

Nice

Beautiful gulf view from 17th floor balcony. Fast elevators. All the conveniences of home and clean. Very cool ac and ceiling fans.Combination door lock so no having to keep up with a key.Nice pools and parking. Would stay here again.

Great location & clean!

My family stayed here for a week vacation. The unit was just as shown in the pictures & very clean! We had a problem finding the wifi password and Terea was quick to respond and give it to us. We (along with many others arriving the first day) also had trouble figuring out the elevators. If you park on any other floor other then 3 in the parking garage you will want to go to 3 to cross the sky bridge, you will come to the escalators and elevators to the left. Take that elevator to the 1st floor, then go to the left to more elevators that will take you to the room. We loved the ice cream in the lobby and Starbucks! My kids loved the pool where they served snow cones and we never had trouble finding a chair. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay

They Listed TV and left a program card with all the channels but cable never worked. Called and told somebody and never got a call back. We even called the cable company they said there wasnt any service to that place. We enjoy back ground sounds for when playing cards. Especially with it being football season. Beside the frustration for cable not working it was overall a great stay.

Nice, but needs some repairs

TV did not work the entire time. Called property manager and never had anyone look at it. Toilet would not flush. Husband had to keep fixing it and husband fixed ice maker. Overall it was a nice visit just needs some repairs.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the condo. Kids LOVED the kid pool. and having a Starbucks there made it super awesome. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall good

The property was nice but they didn’t allow coolers at the pool. The room was as expected but the air never got below 74 so it stayed pretty warm the whole time.

Amazing Vacation

We had the best family vacation ever! The view was breathtaking, and I loved having coffee on the balcony listening to the waves each morning. The beach was steps away. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved it here! We definitely did not want to leave! It fit my mom, my mother in law, 10 year old daughter, my husband, and myself very comfortably. The walking from the parking garage was a pain since my mother in law is 74, but that is not the owners fault. The resort is built kind of weird, but once again, not the condo owners faults. The view was breathtaking and the patio was wide enough that my mother in law could sit outside comfortably even with her fear of heights! Definitely a great room!

Clean, gorgeous view, great location!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was clean and well decorated. The in room laundry was perfect along with the full kitchen to cook our own meals! The bed was very comfy and gave us well rested nights. My son loved going back and fourth with the bunk beds! The view was phenomenal and even more incredible during the amazing nightly sunsets! The location was great, was close to everything we wanted, attractions, shopping and a Walmart! Plenty of food choices around to choose from! We will definitely be back to this property in the future. Next time for 2 weeks, 1 just wasn't long enough!

Nightmare

Stayed here on week of 4th 2016, room was clean and the overall stay was okay. Booked online via VRBO and had to call myself after 2 days to actually confirm my booking, which should've been my first red flag. After the stay and arriving home I realized that the CC I used to pay wasn't actually the same (CC company issued me a new card a few days before my visit for potentially being compromised). So I called the # I was contacted with about the room being ready about the issue of receiving my deposit refund. She told me that they would send me a check in mail and that all I needed to do was reply to the confirmation email as a reminder. Well after 3 weeks of calling and one text reply I've still not received my refund. The person I've contacted will not reply or even answer the phone. I've used VRBO/Home away for several years and this has been my worst experience yet.

Beautiful beach and pool area.

The weather, beach and pool area was pretty, our hotel room was not accommodating at all. The queen sofa sleeper mattress was pathetic, you couldn't have slept on it even if you were an infant, very old and worn out, the balcony light was not working, there was no can opener and the dishes were put up dirty. The linen was clean, there was no ice or little ice and to get to the pool you had to walk a mile. The elevators were broken the escalator was broken on one side and I would not recommend this unit to anyone. We will not be returning this this particular unit.
