Lorsque seul le meilleur fera l'affaire, Sterling Breeze saura plaire. Ce magnifique condo au 4Ăšme Ă©tage avec une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an plaira mĂȘme aux voyageurs les plus exigeants. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© dispose de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain complĂštes, et peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes.

EntiÚrement rénové avec de nouvelles mises à niveau en mars 2019.

Ce condo vit comme une toute nouvelle unitĂ© .. Nouvelle peinture, revĂȘtement de sol, dĂ©coration, lits, literie, pots, casseroles, Ă©lectromĂ©nagers TOUT NEUF en fĂ©vrier-mars 2019.

Les vues de cette unitĂ© sont incomparables, le plancher de 4h est assez haut pour donner des vues incroyables sur le golfe et le rivage, mais assez bas pour ne pas ĂȘtre un problĂšme avec ceux qui ont peur des hauteurs.

Les planchers de bois franc LVT dans le salon et les fenĂȘtres gĂ©nĂ©reuses baignent le salon dans des siĂšges lĂ©gers et confortables pour tout l'Ă©quipage.

Il y a un grand balcon complet qui a mĂȘme une grille Ă  gaz, trĂšs rare d'en avoir en PCB. Grille sur votre propre balcon !!

Le balcon est accessible depuis le salon ou la chambre principale king-size avec une salle de bains privative de luxe. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit king et vue sur la cÎte de l'océan, et la 3Úme chambre a 2 ensembles de lits superposés et chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain. Pour dormir plus il y a un canapé-lit dans la taniÚre. 10 couchages avec facilité.

La piscine et les Ă©quipements du Sterling Breeze sont incroyables, avec un bain Ă  remous, des siĂšges au bord de la piscine, un bain Ă  remous, mĂȘme un bar Ă  vin au bord de la piscine .. Centre de fitness est gratuit pour votre usage et le stationnement est un jeu d'enfant. Le condo est situĂ© juste au-dessus de la promenade au 3e Ă©tage. donc l'enregistrement est un "Breeze".

We have stayed at Sterling Breeze many times and love the convenience of the location, but less crowded than other larger resorts! With the exception of one elevator wing down and prolonged wait time this year, all was great! 401 was beautiful! It had lots of room and all kitchen accessories needed for the week! We arrived and was able to check in early also!

Sterling breeze is a great location...you have the convenience of Pier Park, but a small time feel in this building. This unit, specifically, is gorgeous, the 4th floor location makes the stairs easily accessible during busy elevator times. Huge condo, beautiful view, we would rent again.

Condo was decorated nicely. Master bed was comfortable. Bathrooms nice and large. Great ocean view. My 17, 20 and 22 year olds slept in the bunks that are more suitable for young children- very noisy and unsteady. Had to call maintenance for two issues but they were very prompt and fixed both concerns well.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great - walking distance to many restaurants and Pier Park. We also liked that the condo was on the fourth floor. We never had to wait too long for an elevator to get to the beach or parking garage. Finally, the layout of the condo was nice. Everyone had their own bathroom and shower, which was great when we were all trying to get ready at the same time. Despite these positives, the cleanliness of this property would deter us from staying here again. It had obviously been surface level cleaned before we arrived, but it was apparent that it hadn’t received a deep cleaning in a while. The rug in the living room (that is white in the listing pictures) is now almost black (and felt really gross to walk on). Honestly, there are lots of rugs throughout the property that were all pretty gross. We also found trash underneath the coffee table that would not have been there if the coffee table had been moved off the rug, and the rug had been vacuumed. So, obviously things aren’t getting vacuumed between guests. If this property received a deep cleaning or if you aren’t worried about cleanliness, I would recommend this property based on location and layout.

The condo was perfect for two families of 4 each. The boys had their own bunk room at the far end of the condo which was perfect! Each of the “master” bedrooms had their own bath which worked out well. The cabana service of 2 chairs and an umbrella came in handy as well! Spencer is a cool dude to chat with at the cabana hut! I’d suggest adding a dust pan as we would sweep sand from the floors but had no dust pan so we improvised. I’d also suggest a manual of things for all guests to read such as walking distance to Pier Park, where the trash chute is located, how to obtain a coin for the luggage carts, etc. The biggest issue we had was wait time for the elevators which is what I read in other reviews so I wasn’t shocked. Thankfully being on the 4th floor we took them down quite a bit. Overall this condo was great and made our first trip to PCB amazing!

This condo was as advertised, very clean, beautiful view, well-stocked kitchen. It was good to have 3 bathrooms with 6 of us including 4 teens. The only negative was that the bunk bed mattresses were not very comfortable - would be ok for younger kids.

The experience met every expectation we had. Cleanliness is at the top of my list when I stay away from home and this room was as close to spotless as you can get. I also prefer lower floor levels and the fourth floor was a nice level.

5th visit to PCB but first to Sterling Breeze. Perfect location, clean unit, property and amenities, spacious for a family of 5. TVs in every room. Coffee maker and keurig in kitchen with pots, pans & everything else needed to cook. The bunk beds are an added plus! Convenient to restaurants, less than 1/2 mi to Pier Park, Frank Brown Complex,& much more. It’s right on the beach! Can’t get any closer :)

We had a great time at Sterling Breeze 401! The location was wonderful, right on the beach and a short walk from all the attractions at Pier Park. The traffic was heavy at times so it was nice to be able to walk. The condo decor and furniture was fantastic and the beds were comfy. The balcony furniture was also a nice perk. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our time. The communication from Mitch was great too. We knew the door code and arrival instructions a few days in advance, which was very helpful. There was a brief power outage one day due to road construction. We contacted the Warren Beach repairman and had our questions answered right away. Mitch also sent an email giving information. The staff at Sterling Breeze was also very helpful and friendly. If we decide to visit Panama City Beach again in the future, we will definitely check out Warren Beach Rentals.

Took our daughter and friends on their Senior Trip after graduation. Kids, wife, and I all had a blast. The view is great from the living room area and the master bedroom. The setup at this unit is great with the bunkroom being the furthest room from the master. The teens can enjoy their time and the adults can enjoy the quietness of not hearing them!

We had a great vacation. The condo was beautiful. Our only complaint was that we arrived and left outside of the concierge hours of 9:30am-6:00pm and there are no carts available to unload and parking was across the street. Extremely inconvenient.

It was one of the best experiences of vacations we’ve had as a family. The room was ideal, even our teenagers couldn’t get enough of the view from the balcony to the ocean! Location to shopping center and grocery stores was within walking distance making it ideal for those who do not have transportation. All in all we would stay again, hopefully in the future!

This condo was accurately described and pictured. You can’t beat the Oceanside view and you’ll appreciate the tasteful beach decor. Overall this was a good experience. There are several things noted in previous reviews that I assumed would be resolved but where not. I’m general, these were small things but if you travel a lot they do stick out. Here are a few things to be aware of: -kitchen is not well equipped (potholders, pizza cutter, etc) -unit was clean but needs a deep clean -nothing to clean the grill -more blankets/linens would be helpful -the bunk room does not have a door and is quite cool compared the the rest of the unit. Be advised it is down a loooong hallway. This was not an issue for us but if you have smaller kids this may be an issue. -bunk beds have are very hard and have plastic covers so movement in the night is loud (we went and bought foam mattress pads) for our girls age 10 and 12. If you have small children this might not be as big of a factor. -the bunk room window gets a lot of street noise and given the location of the condo the street is very busy. Lots of noise through the night. Just something to be aware of. -game cabinet could use a refresh -master bed is also not very comfortable (did have a extra foam top cover that slide around a lot, etc) Property manager was quick to respond to questions. Pool was very warm in March which helps on cooler days. Overall, it was what I expected. I think attention to some of the smaller details many have mentioned would really go a long way. Enjoy your trip!

The decor is fabulous! Number One - CONDO WAS CLEAN! 😁The kitchen lacks essentials such as cookware tops, oven sheets etc. The bedrooms are just ok as they lacked lamp shades in one, lightbulb in another, fans make a lot of noise, no extra pillowcases but lots of pillows, bunk beds are hard mattresses without extra blankets in coldest part of condo if running air. The 3 bathrooms were great with plenty of towels but would be nice to have shower heads that were more up to date to change speed or direction. There are only 2 old and damaged board games so bring your own for rainy or cold days! The balcony was very nice as well as the living room couch (comfy!!) My sister took the Master and had zero complaints - (as a master should be!) Honestly I loved the condo itself. It would not take much to give this 5 stars if the minor things were supplied as we are accustomed. The elevator is just outside the door and we never had an issue parking which is nice but you do have a $30 parking pass fee per vehicle you are expected to pay upon arrival. The pools were nicely heated and even though you overlooked the pool area on the 4th floor, noise was never an issue. (Thankful!) We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay in PCB!

The description, location, and experience was great overall. However, whichever company is contracted to clean the condo needs to do better. Old snack wrappers left behind furniture, dust covered lamps, appliances/accessories, dirty toilets, and the floor was so dirty we opted to wear shoes the entire time. I have pictures to back up what I'm claiming, but the VRBO website does not have an option to upload photos. We had a great time at the beach and the local restaurants/shops. It just left us wishing our cleaning fee would have given us a clean condo to vacation in.
