Amazing Property

We rented this location for a friend's bachelorette party and everything was better than advertised. Amazing view of the private beach right across the street. The home was beautifully decorated and had tons of space for a larger group. The property team was amazingly responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub and they same day delivered a new coffee machine when the existing one did not work. Highly recommend this location for your stay!

Perfect Vacation!!

This home was amazing! The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was very clean! The pool was great for the kids and the adults! The beach was literally across the street, with a private entrance. The beach was perfect! The white sand was never hot. I was afraid it would be difficult to cross the busy road with our large group of kids, but we had no issues! People were friendly and stopped for us as soon as the saw us. This was a great location for shopping. I seriously can not say enough good about this house, it is the best we have ever rented. The host answered all questions very quickly. They were so helpful and gracious. We will definitely be back!

Family reunion

Our family gathered at Teddy’s Heaven for a wonderful week together! Everyone loved the house, from youngest to oldest. It had a great view of the beach and it was easy to walk across the street to it. We enjoyed the additional refrigerator, ice machines, and laundry facilities. When we had a few questions, our host was quick to respond. We would definitely stay there again.

Spring Trip

We had the most amazing time at this house! Not one complaint about the property it worked perfectly for our group of 20 girls. The amenities were even better than we expected & the proximity to the beach was amazing. Indy Braves Softball Trip

This house had it all!!! We had 20 people and there was plenty of room. The owners/builders cut no corners in this amazing house. The extra refrigerators, commercial ice machine, the pool, the beach

Teddy’s Heaven is for Real!

This house offered everything and beyond to make our vacation on PCB perfect! Spacious and comfortable rooms, ample bathrooms, and an amazing kitchen were just a start! The proximity to the private beach, the outdoor spaces, garage for storage of beach items are h just a few of the amenities! And the view was spectacular!!! We are already planning to return.

Fantastic Family Beach House

We’ve been doing family reunions in PCB for 15 years. Our first time staying at this house and we were all impressed with the thought and quality that went into everything. The owners were incredibly easy to work with. We had an issue with the hot tub and they showed up within five minutes to fix it
in the pouring rain! The house and location were great. Busy street but easy private beach access. Fantastic experience.

Felt like royalty!

This house & set up is absolutely amazing! From when you 1st walk in, you can visibly see how much love was put into the property! Nothing was scaled back on because it is a rental! This clean property offered only the best! The bedrooms are wonderful, the furnishing are beautiful, the showers are WOW! The fully equipped kitchen is perfect! We loved the extra counter fridge for drinks & used the built in for food. The Wolf stove/oven was so nice! The under counter ice maker was extra special! Having a fringe & ice maker in the garage was also helpful! (plus the garage has a/c!) 2 laundry rooms were wonderful to have! We opted out of the elevator (our legs could use the extra exercise!) The pool/hot tub was so awesome with the layout & lighting, plus it was shaded during the hottest part of the day! We especially enjoyed the SONOS system to listen to our music inside & outside! The bikes were a nice added touch to explore the area instead of walking! We LOVED being directly across from the oceanfront entrance (private!)...and the sand DOES NOT GET HOT!!!! The beach was so awesome! I cannot think of any downside to this property. People were kind in letting us get out of the drive. It WAS busy on the road, but quite comical to watch the traffic & "lapping" that took place EACH night! They could be noisy at times, but you couldn't hear much when inside the house. The owners were always available (& met us upon arrival to show us around...very helpful!) & were pleasant to talk with! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!

Wedding & Family Vacation

My husband and I decided to have a small intimate wedding with our immediate family and close friends only. This was also my husband’s family’s first whole family vacation. The Jetter’s built this beautiful house for a single purpose and they went above and beyond to assure that single purpose is accomplished. The Jetter’s are extremely gracious, God-centered individuals. They were always readily available at any given notice. We will most definitely be back yearly with the entire family to continue making life long memories ❀❀❀
