Room wasn't ready upon the supposed check in time. Had to wait an hour and a half.
Upon entering, the floors were SOPPING wet from having just been mopped.
Couch bed mattress had stains...disgusting.
The WAIT for the elevator was the worst experience of the whole trip. Waiting 30 minutes to hopefully get a ride on a non-air conditioned elevator with so many other people crammed inside, with children in tow, was horrible. The ride also consisted of everyone on the elevator talking about how miserable it was. Checking in and out with baggage carts caused for us to have to wait 45 minutes to get a ride to the parking garage because of the amount of people all coming and going at the same time.
We had two drops in wi-fi, which caused issues with the two teens with me, but was corrected after making a few phone calls to the tech support number provided.
The ocean was beautiful during our stay, but we couldn't see much of it due to the massive amount of people. This experience reminded me that Panama City isn't what it used to be, and will probably be something my children want to experience on a spring break or something when they are older. It wasn't as family friendly as I remember from my teen years. The condo was nice from an outside perspective and first glance, but there were too many small things that caused the trip to be overwhelming and disappointing. I expected the trip to be much more relaxing, but due to the elevator wait, the difficulty in getting luggage carts to and from the 3rd floor unloading spot, and the time it took to even get to the beach because of the wait and the amount of people, it wasn't relaxing much at all.
The condo needs to make some major elevator improvements since there are so many guests there at one time.
