Family fun Vacation 20i24

Everything was fantastic. Rooms were great. Kitchen was fantastic. Elevator was a plus as i had cracked a rib right before we left on vacation. I also have heel spurs and less steps is best. Thanks again for a great stay. All 17 of us had a great time!!!! was fantastic

PCB family vacation

This house was great!! We had 24 of us staying for a week and it fit us perfectly!! the use of space with the bunk beds was genius for families with littles. Having an en suite in every room was also convenient and needed. This house also has 2 laundry rooms to keep those towels washed and dried. The only complaint I have is the amount of time the laundry did take to wash and dry, although I know towels aren’t easy to dry quickly. I would recommend this house to any large party looking for a place, conveniently located to your private access beach area. The houses are pretty close to each other with little privacy but it didn’t bother us at all! We will definitely be back.

They saved our vacation!

We could not be more thankful for the Jeter family at Top Notch rental. We booked a different house through VRBO last July 2023 for spring break 2024. When we (5 families including 10 kids 13yp-5yo) arrived at the home we rented we discovered it was double booked and a different family checked in the day before. We were 16+ hours from home (Michigan) and had no where to go. The owner of the previous property basically told us it wasn’t his problem and cancelled our reservation while we were standing in his lawn. VRBO put us in a hotel for the night, and gave us the run around for two days. We contacted the owners of this property who immediately opened up their home for us. This house is absolutely beautiful, has a heated pool, hot tub and you can walk across the street to the beach. It fit 20 ppl comfortably and we even had a couple empty loft beds, more ppl could have come. We went from stranded to a great vacation. Thank you for everything again and again!!

Perfect beach rental house

House was amazing and the perfect rental for a large group. I appreciated the beach friendly additions (large ice maker, beach towels, supplies) and access to the private, gated beach was just a block away.

Amazing stay

The house was amazing and more than we expected. Plenty of room for all. Rooms were spectacular with very nice bedding. Short walk to the beach. Nice big back yard. The pool was the main gathering place for our family.

Wonderful stay

House/property was very nice, clean and in great condition. We had 4 families with several teenagers in each. Everyone had plenty of space and we were all very comfortable. Beds were also comfy. Didn’t hear any complaints. Always nice to have several king rooms with attached bathrooms & the large bunk rooms for the kids. Would be nice to have full length mirrors somewhere in the bedroom/bathroom but just a small thing.Kitchen was well equipment but could’ve used a few more pots. Easy walk to the beach and plenty of other places to walk to. Everything else was just a short drive away. Did have a problem with the internet (we think the workers next door accidentally cut the line while working) but was able to get ahold of management very quickly and it was taken care of by the next day. Appreciate it! Overall had a wonderful stay! Would definitely book again

Trip to remember!

The house was amazing!! It had everything we needed to cook for our large family of 21. Which was nice because we cooked most of our meals at the house. Plenty of room for everyone and still big enough to find a quiet spot if anyone needed one. It was nice it was just a short walk to the private beach. We went every morning to have our coffee. Everyone had a blast swimming in the ocean. It was also nice to have so many other things close by to walk to - donut store, souvenir shops, restaurants, and mini golf. We took advantage of all those. It was nice not to have to load up all the kids in a car to go everywhere. The beach road we walked along was very safe. Drivers are respectful of the pedestrians. Would definitely love to return again!

Property Manager better than VRBO

The property was fantastic. Location was great, close to the beach. The Property Manager was very helpful, though I feel VRBO failed to provide sufficient information, and actually locked me out of my account. Luckily, Leisha was willing to take calls and texts when we needed something, including check in instructions.

LUXURY BEACH VACATION FOR FIVE FAMILIES

Our stay at Twisted Sister was INCREDIBLE! This home is TOP NOTCH with so much space for our FIVE FAMILIES to spread out and not feel on top of each other so we could all enjoy our vacations. We made a lot of dinners at the house as it was easier for all 21 of us to eat together rather than to try to make reservations at a restaurant. The appliances were top of the line and great cookware. All of the beds were comfy with no complaints from any of our friends and family. We loved the on site pool and hot tub, as well as how close we were to the private Bid-A-Wee beach. It really was the PERFECT location/set up. To give us an incredible vacation. The communication with Liesha from check in to check out was awesome! We will definitely be back to stay here again, even with a smaller group, we found a true paradise when staying here. If you have a large group of people, this is it! You will love it!

Best Large Group House!

This was truly the best house for a large group that we have ever stayed at. The house was extremely well-designed to accommodate kids (with the BEST amenities and most spacious layout) and adults alike! Our group had 22 people and even when it rained, we still felt like we could stay and enjoy the house without feeling cramped inside. The pool table was great entertainment, and the porches had great views of the ocean. We truly loved this house!

Bid-a-wee Perfection

We had a large family group over July 4th week. The house was perfect. Lots of room, lots of beds. While not "on" the beach, it was only one house away and a super short walk to the secure gated beach access. A/C was great with a bonus a/c unit in the garage! Best NW Florida vacation in quite a long time.

Location and Beach

We loved being so close to an amazing part of the beach. No sky rises on the beach to our backs on the beach, beach was not nearly as crowded as most. Very short walk to it. The chairs and umbrellas were nice..Easy to carry on your back or in the wagon. Pool and hot tub were great. We grilled one night, could have used some sort of shade for that. We usually swam later, when the sun was lower. The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious even for our group 26. Beds were comfortable. Close to shopping and restaurants. Manager’s were helpful and responsive. We would stay again.

Beautiful house in a perfect location steps from the beach!

This house was a great house for large group!!!(we had 17, I think). It was very well appointed with everything we needed. The beach is less than a block with a flat walk from the house. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen has every utensil and supply needed and it’s not just the cheap stuff that no one wants to use. Private pool and Hot tub with a yard to spread out in (play corn hole) is fantastic too! The only thing we all agreed that could be improved is to get an electronic key pad lock for the door or maybe give the code to the garage door. Having to keep up with a key and have 1 key for groups that will stay in a house this size is not easy. The property managers were extremely responsive to every question or need we had. Also this location in PCB is perfect if you don’t like overly crowded beaches. There are people but even on Memorial Day weekend we had plenty of space as just a little further down the beach it was crowded. We plan to be back!!
