La petite kitchenette comprend un mini-réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes, un nouveau four, une cafetière Keurig, une petite cuisinière / four et un lave-vaisselle Promenade dans le placard pour le stockage avec le fer et la planche à repasser. La propriété a une piscine, des barbecues, des douches extérieures et un accès à la plage. Notre étage a des sièges extérieurs pour voir les couchers de soleil, zone fumeurs et une laverie à pièces complète.

Perfect location

We had a great stay. It was a great location and the pool area great. It had games for the teenagers a snack bar that had food and drinks. The only thing we wish the room had was a keypad so we didn’t have the keys or the key lock thing to use. We’ll definitely stay again!

Perfect view

Overall everything was great. Perfect little getaway spot with the family. Price was on point, king bed was comfortable and the view was gorgeous. Only reason i gave it a 4 on cleaning was it could use a little tlc but nothing i couldn't live with.

Nice stay with great view.

This was our first time at Top of the Gulf and we LOVED it! Very family friendly, great pool and kiddie pool with a snack shack, great outdoor seating areas and easy beach access. As for the room, it had an amazing beach view to wake up to every morning and had all of the necessities our family of 4 needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Little confusing when we arrived on where to find the key, since office was closed. Room was nice for what we was there for. Kitchen light was out, I would stay there again

Perfect anniversary getaway

Perfect spot beaches were amazing great location to everything room was just like the photos and more. Clean, sanatized, smelled great when you opened the door. Everything in the room was perfect. And the property was amazing seating areas everywhere and the pool and area around it was perfect!!! Will definitely stay here again if possible !!!! A+++++

Loved it!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for my birthday and it was just perfect. The room had what we needed and had a great view. It’s right on the beach, has a pool, and a bar with food and drink. Terry the front desk lady was kind and so is the owner of the rooms. He communicated well and made sure I had a good room. Thanks again! I’ll be back!

So Glad i went with my Gut And Booked Here!!

Me and my husband Searched through so many sites. Something kept pulling me back to this one. After booking i went back and started to read reviews and honestly didnt know what i was stepping into. We got there our room was everything we wanted plus so much more. The room sleeps 6 easily but it was only me and him and so we had plaenty of room. Had plenty of rokm to put up our belongings. Very dated

The kitchen was very dated. Good thing we didn’t need an oven as it was minuscule and disgusting. Bathroom was tiny and dated and tub did not drain well. I don’t think anyone will use the VCR/DVD combo either. View was nice.

Love everything about this place except. The owner needs a new cleaning service. Floors half sweep and countertops not whipped down. Not clean behind things.

This unit would benefit from additional kitchen cookware. We like to cook in our room while vacationing and this unit had very little cookware. No pots to make gumbo, etc. The kitchen drying pad had not be cleaned; it had multiple soils.

Great SB spot

Myself and 3 other girls shared this condo. It was perfect for what we wanted! Really close to the bars and clubs, right on the beach with an amazing view, lots of good restaurants near by, and a great pool to sit out by! Everyone in the building was respectful and we had no issues with staff! Only thing we noticed about the condo was the dishwasher seemed to be broken and they didn’t supply dish soap only dishwasher pods. Other then that everything was great and clean! Highly recommend this spot for your spring break get away, but be aware it was almost all college age people staying in the other condos in the building.

Got the job done

Paid for what we got. The location to the beach was perfect and our window had a lovely view. If you're trying to save money this place is nice enough for that, and has everything you need to get by. The bedding was questionable, sheets, blankets, and pillows were slightly stained so recommend bringing your own. Most of the lights in the place don't work so it was very dimly lit and dark once the sun went down. Showerhead was moldy and the the tub had a dent in it like the bottom was slightly falling out and you could feel it move if you stood in that spot. The place has an interesting smell once you walk in but it's tolerable.

Great Spot, Terrible Condi

The view was beautiful and the location was spot on, but the condition of the condo left much to be desired. The room was filthy. Dishes were dirty and thrown in and under cabinets, the bathroom was dirty and toilet and bathtub were clogged and both extremely slow to drain. The plastic shower curtain liner was so disgusting that we had to buy one at a nearby Walmart. The window seat was also filthy so at that point we couldn't even trust that the bedding was clean, so we bought bedding as well. Will not rent this condo ever again.
