Family vacation

The condo was exactly as described with all amenities. We loved the west end of PCB, the quietness and less crowd. The wraparound balcony and the view was amazing. The wait time for the elevator was minimal unlike other condos we have stayed in the past. The owners were amazing to work with as well. We highly recommend the condo and we hope to return again soon.

Relaxing on the beach

This condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoy the quiet end of the beach, but like to have a few restaurants, convenience stores and grocery stores nearby and this place fits the bill. The 15th floor offered a neat view of the beach and the elevators quickly got us up and down.

Relaxing vacation despite weather

Very well maintained and well equipped property. plenty of clean linen, towels, Soap, washes, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing pods and laundry pods. All cooking utensils and equipment. They’ve even included beach towels, toys, chairs. No need to make a run for a basic need. Everything was Very clean and pristine upon arrival. We are a family of 7 who have stayed in this condo for the second time. Plenty of puzzles, games, TV for kids to enjoy when it rained during our stay. Our kids requested the “same house” for vacation as last time so we booked again. I love to cook for my family even on vacation (we have a few dietary restrictions/allergies so eating out all the time gets cumbersome.)No need to improvise like I’ve had to during stays in other places due to lack of supplies/pots/pans(Even basics like cooking&olive oil,S&P, basic spices, vinegar, sugar were left behind by previous guests)We enjoyed the convenience of the parking garage, beach access, reserved beach loungers & umbrella, locality to restaurants, entertainment, groceries.We noticed a lot of thought went into setting up condo to provide a luxurious and pleasant experience. Attention to details were appreciated. They truly did think of guests every basic need when setting up and it was most appreciated! Thank you so much!

This is our favorite place to stay in PCB!

We love this condo! It’s gorgeous and quiet and the hosts are wonderful. We try to go back here every year and every year it seems to be even more special! Such a perfect spot for peace and quiet and amazing sunsets. The views are truly breath taking! The pictures can’t do it justice.

Perfect location with plenty of room!

Condo 1509 was perfect! We had everything we needed for the beach! Beds were comfortable and we had plenty amenities! The condo is beautiful and super clean! We had plenty of room with our teens so it didn’t feel like we were all on top of each other! The laundry was a fantastic perk of staying here compared to a hotel! The pools were great! The chair service that was included was the best! We really enjoyed our time here! Thanks again!

Beautiful condo!

This was our 9th year staying at Celadon. We love the quiet west end and being the last high rise. The property, including pools, are always kept clean. This was our first year booking a room with Haven Beach Rentals and I'm so glad that we did. Lisa was great! She was always quick to respond to any questions that I had leading up to our trip and during our trip. We even got to check in early since the previous renters left the day before, which was awesome since it was pouring rain when we arrived! The condo was very clean and spacious for our group of 7. The views from all of the windows were amazing! You could see the amazing sunsets without even stepping outside! I highly recommend this condo. I also highly recommend Beach Haven Rentals. Next year's vacation can't come soon enough!

All the air vents had dust bunnies. The master bed frame was falling apart. Filthy under all furniture. Kitchen sink was falling apart. Housekeeping didn't notice these issues??? Operating the TV, well lets say Im glad to be going home to mine.

Beautiful views! Probably the most perfect place we’ve stayed at in PCB and we’ve been going there for 25 years. Great response from the host. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone. I don’t care how picky you are, this place won’t disappoint!

This was my second year staying at celadon resort and it didn’t disappoint. This unit was beautiful, the balcony view was gorgeous! Everything you could want in a unit this one had. Kendall and Lisa were both great to work with and would recommend this unit for anyone looking to stay in PCB!

We love staying at the Celadon. Very convenient to everything. Loved the condo, the view, decor, and wrap around balcony. Beautiful place for sunsets and cocktails!! Very nice, roomy and well stocked. Loved that you had 2 coffee pots, we used both. Just needed bigger coffee cups. The furniture is very nice, dining room chairs are very heavy, but we enjoyed playing cards with 6 people. Lots of extras. I feel like I have stayed here before several years ago and would loved to stay here again.

Outstanding Week

We stayed Labor Day Week and everything was lovely. From the check in process to the condo to the check out process everything was lovely. Our hosts, Lisa and Kendall, were on top of everything and always available if we needed anything. Their beautiful condo was the perfect corner condo and we absolutely look forward to returning. The Celadon is in a great location and wasn’t crowded at all during this week. I highly recommend Celadon 1509!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Wonderful Condo

We enjoyed this condo. It was very spacious, pretty and it was nice being on the quiet end of town. All beach accessories were already available and there was no need to go out and buy towels, floats, boards, sand toys, etc. Kitchen was well stocked with a variety of condiments already available for use. Two kinds of coffee makers....traditional pot as well as one that takes pods. Better than average stock of trash bags, paper goods, dishwasher/laundry pods and hand soap. The only thing missing was body wash/shampoo and conditioner but fortunately we remembered to bring our own. I loved the hand held wand in the master shower.....something that is a rare find when travelling. We only had one resort related problem during the visit but upon contacting our room manager she took steps to see that it was taken care of. The free chair/umbrella rental at the beach was a great bonus. Book this room you will be extremely pleased!

This is our annual family vacation. We have stayed at Celadon for 5 years and the end units work best for us. 1509 was nicely decorated and furnished with everything we needed. And the elevators were much faster this year!! Thank you!

Super vacation!!

This end-unit condo was a GREAT weeklong home for our family during this PCB vacation. The unit was plenty comfortable for six adults and two little kids. The littles slept on fun inflatable mattresses, but the couch folds out as well. The condo is flooded with light! But when we needed it dark, the window treatments were fabulous. Best sliding glass door ever. You’ll see what I mean. We loved the window facing west by table- could eat and enjoy such an amazing view. The wrap around balcony provided many hours of enjoyment. What a view!!! In a nutshell, here are some pros we loved: Clean, very well kept unit. No carpet. Kitchen had everything one might need, including slow cooker, two coffee makers, storage, and ice maker in freezer. Shower situations were great, shower heads were very good. Huge Tub for the littles. Beds were extremely comfy. (I know that is a subjective thing- people like different levels of hard or soft. We liked what we had in this condo.). A dedicated laundry room with full sized appliances that we used daily. The unit was big. We had plenty of room. Huge master walk in closet. The location was the best- on west end with no obstructions. AC works great. Easy communication with property manager. Celadon building was well maintained and nice and we loved it. All elevators also working. Cons: None. Seriously, none. We will rent this again if the opportunity arises.

Very well equipped kitchen, 3 king beds (each with its own bathroom) beach chairs and toys for the kiddo’s, comfortable common spaces and fabulous views. Clean and quiet unit and Kendall was very responsive when I had any questions. Will definitely consider staying here again!
