Beach access and Gulf views are fabulous! Basement was a little quirky. Staff was quick to communicate for things we needed addressed during our stay.

the place was older inside, but clean. some things were broken. for the things that were, the property manager was quick to replace them. the basement rooms were a little dingy . luckily we didn't need to use them. overall a great place to stay. property manager was wonderful !

Nice place, but needs some TLC.

Nice place but needs some updating! The furniture wasn’t very nice. Pool heater didn’t work, the oven wasn’t heating up very well and many of the lights didn’t work. The rental company was great to work with, but there is only so much that can do without the owners help.

Breathtaking location

The location of this property is beautiful. Loved the layout of the kitchen/family room. Perfect for our reunion gathering. Ocean views were stunning. Older home so some additional TLC is needed but that did NOT dampen the experience.

Great Ocean Front Property

This was our first trip to 30A and the house was perfect for our large group. We had two families and kids ranging from early 20s, teens, to middle schoolers. The downstairs bedrooms were perfect for the kids and the house had more than enough room for our group. The view from the house is amazing and being able to watch the kids on the beach from the balconies was a huge plus. We would absolutely book this house again. We had one small issue with the pool heater but the management had someone on site to fix it within an hour and pool was heated right away. The management team was very attentive and great to work with.

Thanksgiving Family Week

The property is in a great location and beautiful views of the beach. the house was clean. heat and A/c worked well while we were there - and yes had to use both…. it is in need of maintenance in some areas, loose shower door handles, many of the toilet paper holders not secure to the wall, several toasters but only one worked and one side of the toaster unit was broken, limited utensils for size of house, dishwasher was finicky, ice maker in refrigerator did not work. overall - we would stay again but hopefully some of the needed maintenance items would be fixed. we did not bother to notify during our stay because the aforementioned items were not terribly bothersome.

Roseberry/Foran family reunion

Check in was very easy. The house was clean and ready. Good location, Beautiful area. The house is like the pictures. It was kept up well and the beds were very comfortable. My family all want to come back next year!

Beautiful location, sub par house

The location of this house is perfect, the house itself is extremely dated. The main floor is livable, but dated. The rest of the house is in a terrible condition for us at least. For a multimillion $$ house on the beach, it was frankly a bit shocking.

House was just fine..

Good holiday with family House is fairly worn with use and needs some maintenance Owners probably don’t cook so kitchen basically outfitted…bit of an issue when you want to really cook full meals But all in all went ok

room for the whole family

plenty of space, and we were grateful for the extra beach gear in the outdoor storage under the stairs. the house is in need of a deep clean and touch up paint in almost every room as it is the end of the season, and has taken a beating. the kitchen had only two sauce pans when we arrived, which was not appropriate for our party of 12. the management company was courteous and prompt in resolving this issue. Overall, a great house, and great location

Another great stay on 30A

We stay in the area twice a year and are never disappointed. Not every house we stay in are perfect and we understand that going in. This house was very accommodating & comfortable for our group. Management was absolutely amazing!

Beautiful beach

The location of the house was great. Footsteps to the beach. White sand, beautiful. The house itself was a little “beat up” Garage door was not working. Leaks from upstairs bathroom that went into the main living area. We had to put a bucket. Cracked stovetop. Worn and stained furniture in main living room. Contacted property manager about the leak and they did immediately respond and sent someone over. However, there was nothing to be done. We did have a great stay however. But the house definitely needs some love and attention.

This property was great. There are some positives and there are some negatives. Pluses: great accommodations for adults (no bunk beds), easy beach access (busy beach, but not an issue for us), gated driveway with plenty of parking, cold a/c, beautiful view, well stocked kitchen. Negatives: shoddy remodeling (some outlet boxes not flush with walls, painters tape painted over, outdoor 2nd floor outlets didn’t work), 1st floor “cave” (dark, dated decor, spotty wifi)

great views, intimate spaces and good location.

we had a fantastic time at this property. we have stayed in 4 different places in the past decade on 30A and we would stay here again, for sure. easily accommodated our 15 people of various ages. The property was perfectly clean and all systems worked as they should. very comfortable beds! One suggestion, this is NOT a complaint. When you check in you have to deal with the previous tenant's trash cans, and haul them to the street on Monday, usually smelly and very overloaded. What about a plan where there are two sets of cans? The cleaning service can move previous tenants cans to street at cleanout, then new tenants can use new cans, in a rotation. But that is a minor inconvenience, and not exclusive to this property in any way.

Nice property/poor management.

The house is first class . Only a couple of issues . Was advertised as private beach . Totally false . 44 commercial chairs set up everyday and probably twenty or so other tents and maybe a couple of hundred people . Right by the public entrance . Called Sunday night because blender was broken , two chairs broken,. Finally got a call back about five pm Monday and new blender about noon Tuesday . Chairs never fixed . No big deal but we’re glad we didn’t have other major issues . No one answers when you call and 24 hours to get back to you is pretty bad for a seven day property you pay 18 K for . Property was clean we enjoyed our stay . Our biggest problem was restaurants don’t take reservations . We will do Charleston next year .

Can’t Beat the View and Location

Nice home overall. Very spacious and conveniently located. The public beach access within 10 feet of the home should be noted in the description. Not being able to open the gate by a pedestrian from inside the property is inconvenient when dumping trash. The master bed frame needs work. It’s literally a cheap metal frame supported by a twin mattress underneath. We had to reattach it twice during our stay. There were no bolts to secure it. Definitely didn’t expect that from a house at this price range. The refrigerator is the smallest we’ve ever seen in a rental. It’s definitely not adequate for 15 guests. This unit would do well with another refrigerator in the garage, since the other is so undersized. The rental chairs were a joke and expensive. They were full of spiders and not in good repair. We found better quality chairs at CVS at a cheaper price. The “full” propane tank for the grill ran out while we were cooking on it the first time. They replaced it that evening, but we had to finish cooking inside. This rental property is a little “try hard” IMO. It definitely has potential with just a few upgrades. Until then, this one is off our list.
