I will start with the positives. The staff is amazing! Super nice and polite and will help you and answer any questions you have. The price for the hotel is also amazing. The AC worked amazingly and we had it at the lowest temperature all 5 days we were there.
The property on the other hand is nothing the like the pictures. The property is old, smells musty, like mildew and mold. IT SMELLS HORRIBLE. The incense and air purifiers they use do not mask the smell but blend in with the mildew smell. The rooms do not have any refrigerators or microwaves ! Me and my partner were wondering why? Because we wanted to have cold drinks or take leftovers. Well, we soon found out why!! COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. GERMAN COCKROACHES! When we first discovered them we did not realize the extent of the infestation so we asked for a different room. They gave us a different room the following day no questions asked. However, it only took a few hours to realize this room had more. We decided to stay because all of our tours were all day tours and we would not be at the hotel at all. Additionally the tours already had our pick up address. They are everywhere. My partner even found one in his shoe and on the bed. We made sure to always keep the lights on even to sleep and have the AC at the lowest temperature. We put everything on on the table shoes and luggage and everything zipped up at all times. Nothing touched the floor other than our feet with sandals on. And NO FOOD OR SUGARY DRINKS !!!!
