Nice Relaxing Beach Vacation

Had a great week at this nice and clean condo. The furniture was great especially on the balcony. The kitchen had everything needed and the beds were very comfortable. It is a great location as well. Parking works easily and it is easy to get to your room from the parking area. Would highly recommend this unit and location.

We loved our stay at Ocean Reef. The condo was very clean, well equipped and pretty. The balcony was our favorite with great lounge chairs! This was our second time using Greta’s Rentals and we plan to use this company the next time! We highly recommend them.

Relaxation to the limit

Very convenient location and accommodations. Only issue was we had a large SUV that presented a challenge when parking in the designated space. Fortunately my disabled placard came in handy with all the blue spaces. The beds slept really well. The balcony and view were outstanding. This was some good therapy for ones needing a break from the bustles of work/routines. Can’t wait to come back again!

I loved that they had a dinning table in the balcony so we ejoyed breakfast there every day. The apartment is really nice and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked. Furniture and beds were comfortable. They also had beach chairs, a wagon and other beach toys. The beach was beautiful. The pool was clean. The condo in general was in good condition. Even the parking spot had an amazing view. We didn't have issues with elevatores, reasonable wait times. The location is great, many things at a walking distance. We absolutely loved it and will come back here.

The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, truly breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The cleanliness was ridiculous, extremely poor, to the point of being disgusting. The maintenance is also lacking for a beachfront property — they could definitely invest more to make the place feel cozier and better maintained. Another huge downside was the elevator situation: only one was working during a holiday weekend, and we had to wait over 45 minutes just to go down. Completely unacceptable for a building with three elevators, especially considering the high price we paid. I would only come back for the view, but everything else was far below expectations.

Very nice condo, love the tile floors and stunning balcony. We had a couple of weird issues with the lock codes but the staff was fantastic and patient while dealing with it all. We will definitely be back! My only suggestion would be to check out the tub in the bathroom closest to the balcony, it seemed to have some give while standing near the drain. Not a major concern but could be a future issue.

We’ve rented three units so far and plan to come back to this wonderful building. 1402 has lovely furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and worked well. Grocery Stores, shopping malls, restaurants, entertainment and services are all close. Parking onsite is convenient—but tight if you have a large SUV or truck. There is some room across the street. The management team with Greta’s is the best—Riley is truly amazing. He always answers any questions quickly. Great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach at PCB.

Our stay at 1402 was absolutely amazing. The condo is equipped with everything needed to have a wonderful experience. Breakfast on the deck is the perfect way to start the day! Chilling on the deck is the perfect way to end the day. The location is perfect for restaurants, quick shopping trips and entertainment for all age groups. Working with the team at Greta’s assures a smooth, carefree experience from reservations to check out. Any questions or concerns are addressed quickly. Riley and Adam take care of anything and everything!! We will definitely be back ❤️

A Fabulous Place to Stay at PCB

The unit itself is very clean, the balcony is tremendously spacious with great patio furniture. I love the king size beds in both bedrooms. Many rentals will have one king and one queen which doesn't make a unit as appealing as this one. The Ocean Reef is in a great central location with easy access even with front beach traffic. We will definitely be back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Panama multiple times and this by far has been our best stay, The rental is clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony is to die for! We spent the majority of our stay out on it in the VERY comfortable furniture. Make sure and walk down to Runaway Island via the beach and ask to sit on the lower deck during a sun set. OMG the sunsets from the balcony were some of the most beautiful we have experienced. Staff was helpful when we had difficulty opening one of the balcony doors and were quick to repair. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the location, Awesome beach chairs and umbrella were provided as well as a wagon to hall it all in. Don’t forget to take the wagon when you go grocery shopping . That way you will have it to bring all of your bags back up. Walmart is close and Pier park is only a few minutes away. This is where we will be staying for our future trips!

The condo is just as pictured. Nice furniture and comfortable beds. Kitchen is well equipped with a Keurig too. Patio furniture is nice for dinners on the patio or just a relaxing afternoon nap on the chaise. very clean and hopefully will visit again soon.

Great Location on the Beach

Condo was clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the view and spending time watching the waves from the balcony (20 feet) also loved the reserved parking such a relief. Very relaxing and away from the hustle.
