Love this place!

This is the perfect place to take your family for a vacation.The prices were great and there is so much to do.I really liked that it was hassle free,the condos were very clean and the beach was in walking distance but if you dont want to walk you can call the tram service to pick you up.

Great stay!

I loved the location of this property, right next to the Event Center where we needed to frequently for the Nationals Competition. Easy walk to the main pool and beach, although there is a smaller pool right by this room. One thing I will say is the attic access door popped open and scared me so I called security/beach police to have them check out the attic to make sure there wasn’t anyone in the attic. My dad said differential pressure can cause it to pop open, which must have happened, no big deal but I thought I would mention it in case anyone else has this happen. Over all a great stay!!

An enjoyable stay at a great location!

We were overall very pleased with our stay at this property! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. We were pleasantly surprised with the comfort of our beds, which is not always the case when traveling. It was about a 7 minute walk to the beach for us, but you can also call for a tram to pick you up (and they were always available and timely when we used them). This location is right in the heart of Panama, close to great restaurants and shopping. My only criticism would be the cleanliness, as the floors were fairly dirty. My little boy was walking around barefoot on our first day, and the bottoms of his feet were solid black afterwards. But this is an easy fix and would not hinder us from staying here again or recommending this property to others. We had a great trip overall and were happy with our stay.

This was the first time to panama beach for our family and we loved it. The facility was easy to access and if anything was needing fixed they fixed it quickly. Communication was great and friendly. We. Would recommend it to others.

Great location, lacks basic amenities

In town for IM70.3 and very convenient for everything we needed. The amenities that were lacking consisted of paper towels (only one roll for entire stay), one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. One package of dish soap for one load as well as one package of washing machine soap. Lastly, there were mini trash bags that didn’t fit the larger trash cans in the kitchen. All in all, we had to make more store runs than needed. Other than that, it was a very good time.

Very responsive property management group.

The location was a block away from the main beachfront road and much quieter than being on a bustling street. There was a convenient bridge across the street to reach the restaurants and pools, hot tubs, and beach without dealing with traffic. The location was as advertised and accurate to the photos. The locals who lived on the resort were all friendly, the shuttles were convenient, and there were multiple food and shopping options within easy walking distance. The property was quiet in the evening, and I did not experience any of the typical noise or "party people" I've encountered staying at other large resorts in Panama City Beach.

Great place for six girls

The place was nice. It was in a good location to walk to the big pool and beach. Villa was stocked well enough except that the was only one dish towel. There were wave boards and a wagon to use in the guest bedroom. These were great! We could have used more bathroom towels. There weren’t enough for the six of us to have our own. Those are minor things when compared to the great aspects of the villa. We enjoyed our time!

Baseball Tourney

Location was perfect for EVERYTHING! We were there for a baseball tournament. Only 8 minutes from the fields and direct shot. The Villa was excellent. Maybe just a touch paint on the doors and kitchen cabinets. The sharpest knives I have ever used! A nice variety of beach toys/supplies. Very happy with our decision to chose this villa. Communication was quick and super friendly. Would 100% select this villa again :)

Great Location, great unit

Stayed here for Ironman Gulf aviary 70.3 and the location was amazing. Right on the run course, 5 min walk to transition, next door to checkin. Unit was nice and clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful, no hassle stay

Went for a last minute weekend stay at the beach with the family. Place was easy to find, easy check in/out, clean, 1 block to beach because we stayed in the villas. Security was helpful and always with a smile and waving at us.

Great location, nice villa

Loved the villa! It was clean, well stocked and comfortable for our family of five. Location was one of the best features. Short walk across the bridge on property to the beach. Close proximity to another smaller pool, the shops and restaurants across the street as well. Quiet area. I wish the listing would have indicated there were fees for all of the sports/activities on-site. Anticipted a fee for golf, but not court rental fees for tennis and pickleball. I am not familiar with resorts like this one, so did not anticipate this. Overall, resort probably better for younger kids based on rules for activities in the pool areas, mine are all teenagers. But, they loved the beach! Our experience with the villa itself and property management was great! Very responsive to questions and communication.

Overall acceptable but needs some updates

We got in late and drove around for quite a while before finding the right building. Getting in was easy and code access worked. Kitchen appliances were newer and nice and clean! Lacking a few kitchen items- hand towels, oven mitts, etc which were promptly purchased and delivered to us. A few other kitchen items would be nice to have… electric griddle for pancakes, strainer for pasta, but overall decently stocked kitchen. Bathrooms are in desperate need of an update, and I didn’t know toilets came in that small of a size. Good things we are “small”-ish people! At least the showers had nice fresh curtains. For the price it was acceptable but next time I might like for a unit closer to the beach and with newer updates. We were also disappointed that the fitness center was an extra charge. All in all a nice vacation! The beach area and restrooms at the beach we’re excellent.

As advertised!

Do your homework when it comes to the property as a whole. Reviews are all over the place because it all comes down to who is renting each unit on the property. In our case it was great! Enjoyed the condo side as it was much quieter than the towers, but had full access to all the amenities. True...you can't see the Gulf from the unit, but if that is not important to you and want to save a few bucks I recommend this unit. It is within walking distance to the pool and beach (about 5 min), but they run golf carts at all times for you to jump on as well. You do need to get down to the pool early if you plan to snag chairs, especially those with an umbrella. They do offer cabanas, chairs/umbrella rentals for the pool area. Chair / umbrella rentals for the beach. Yes they are a little pricey, but at par with other places we have stayed. The unit itself was as advertised and clean. We are a family of five (17,17, 20 yr old kids) and had ample room in the unit. We did have one minor issue with the TV not working in the bedroom...hosts were very responsive and were there the next day to replace it! It also comes equipped with a few beach items to use...boogie boards, sand toys for the little ones, beach mats, and a wagon to get stuff over to the beach. It's centrally located on PCB, so everything is not more than 15 minutes away by car. The #1 ice cream shop according to Trip Advisor is directly across the street...highly recommend checking it out!

Nice condo close to beach

Great relaxing place for our family after a busy day of activities. Easy beach access with trams or even walking. Bonus was there was a pull behind wagon we could use to take our stuff to the beach.

Nice and clean place to stay.

The location is great, is close to everything. Less than 5 min walking distance to the beach and if you don’t feel like walking the hotel has golf carts that can take you. Lots of green areas and very clean. The village was clean and spacious.
