„This is a great location. Close to everything from attractions, restaurants and shopping. The beach access is awesome and the views are spectacular. The only thing we found was the bed was a bit harsh for our liking. We also found in many others of these types rentals some spices, coffee left over from other guests. Not a deal breaker just was odd to fin nothing for cooking. I understand it maybe for safety reasons.“

„A very nice efficiency. It was clean, the bed was good, 2 tv’s, the bath was clean with good water pressure, and the kitchenette was adequate for our needs. The location is walking distance to Pier Park and other restaurants. The only negative is there is not a good view of the beach due to it being ground floor, however the pool is right out the door “

„This is my 3rd time staying at Top of the Gulf, each time in a different room. No matter the room, this place never disappoints. It’s less than a 2 minute walk from your room to the sand, the tool is amazing, and every employee I’ve ran into at this resort is super friendly. 10/10 recommended to anyone looking for some beach fun!“

„This place is right on the beach which was really great! Parking can be a little challenging on site, but there is additional parking across the street. Heavy traffic on the main road in front. Pros: Location Laundry on site Cold AC Large comfy couch to hang out on. „Victoria was such an amazing host and did whatever she could to make sure we had chairs for the beach! The house was the perfect amount of space for my husband and I but there was additional space for even more guests if you need it. The house was immaculate when we arrived and she had everything you would need in the kitchen to whip up a meal. The beach is really a two minute walk and is within 5-10 minutes of anything you could want to do. I couldn’t have asked for a better place stay!!“

„The interior was exquisitely done (10/10). Loves all the little details that made it feel like a home, not just a rental. Landscaping was unfortunately incomplete and overgrown with weeds. As I understand the local weather has limited getting this done, but I believe this is at least the second summer it has been available to rent.“

„Overall, our family weekend getaway was nice. (Not the best weather, but nothing anyone can do about that.) The view was fabulous—a must in my beach trips. The location was perfect. The building itself was further down from all the hullabaloo which we were grateful for. Super easy and quick to get to the pool and the beach (another must).
