« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« Incredible stay. Room was great, staff was super nice and accommodating. Great muffins in the am and fantastic bar. At midnight the parking lot was packed. Ashley came out and made sure we had a spot. Above and beyond. We now have our Go To hotel when we come to town. Thanks for a great experience. »

« 1 hour prior to arriving, continuing a 8 plus hour drive from Florida, I had inadvertently ran into several reviews from other sites stating that the facility has had issues with bugs and rodents along with pictures of their findings. I had not looked at other sites reviews for this facility prior to booking. I’ve learned my lesson. I contacted Sparks hotel requesting to cancel reservation and they said they would not refund. « The hotel location is excellent, two blocks or less from the river, Aquarium, Imax, children's museum and the baseball stadium. Plenty of food options within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. They also have a private parking lot, but costs $20/day. The only negative I have regarding the hotel is that road noise from Hwy 27 is noticeable.
