« We spent two nights here . Overall had good experience . Except First morning at 8:20 am breakfast area was chaos . They ran out of milk , only one container had cereal , no breads, no fruits . We asked staff to refill they said they don’t have milk and fruits, they gave container with oat milk partially filled . « Staff members were very hospitable, Alaysia was wonderful. Linens were clean, breakfast area was kept clean and neat. Only complaint we had was the bathroom, the tub fixtures were not in great condition and the water to the toilet ran on and off most of the night. Otherwise seamless hotel stay. »

« Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with good breakfast a block away from the riverfront park. The room even had kitchen appliances and a separate seating area from the bedrooms. The shuttle to the downtown is right across the street. »

« Beautiful hotel however an alarm went off at 230am causing all guests to evacuate and not 1 employee addressed us or directed us to any further instructions. Was not very pleased with that as I was awake for the night. »

« The breakfast was ok. I assumed when you had a Continental breakfast, there would be scrambled eggs, toast and bacon or sausage with it, but if you wanted that you had to pay for it. I guess the Hotels in Tennessee only serve cereal, bagels, apples, juice and coffee. Everything else was great except the breakfast. »
