„Leider nicht on allem 4 oder gar 5 Sterne: Badematte im Bad stark verschmutzt und Austausch musste zweimal erbeten werden. Trotz Vorab-Buchung und -zahlung beim Check-In kpl. Zimmerpreis noch mal abgebucht (wurde nach Protest storniert). Pool-Bereich abends ohne Service, Frühstück unter Standard.“

Very walkable location - to the city in minutes! The only negative is that the hotel could not handle the volume of guests at breakfast. Many dishes were empty and kept empty for ages. The hoppers we ordered took 2 hours to come! This was the day after the Randoli Perahera so is assume they were not equipped ...
