Excellent property and exactly as described. Clean, quiet, convenient and stunning views! So easy to get around in a golf cart and we spent most days at the beach club (which is also great). Also highly recommend a private jet ski tour with Ever and team. It was incredible. We would stay here again.

You cannot go wrong staying on the Peninsula in Papagayo. I have been a guest at the Four Seasons twice before, which is absolutely beautiful. My family- 6 adults - wanted to all stay together in one location, but share commons areas, so we rented this incredible condo and we are so thankful we found it! The views are incredible, the rooms are well appointed, with comfortable layouts and the proper amenities. The kitchen was stocked with some lovely beverages, which we enjoyed upon arrival - wonderful surprise after a long travel day! We ate at the many restaurant options at the various resorts on Papagayo and were thrilled to have so many options. The concierge Ana was superb, and we ended up paying for day passes at both Prieta Beach and the Four Seasons for 4 of the days we were staying on site.Renting a golf cart would be beneficial, but I would suggest the owner consider providing a 6 man cart…and double check your listing to ensure the pricing for golf cart rentals is the same on the listing, as what Ana is quoting. Overall, we had a lovely time and would book this condo again for a return trip to Costa Rica! Thank you for your hospitality - B

This is the place to stay in Costa Rica. Beautiful views. Luxurious accommodations.Kelly’s recommendations were all fantastic. No need to rent a vehicle. Hiring Chef Churi to cook a private meal or two at the house is a MUST! She was fantastic.Getting around the peninsula on the golf carts was a blast. So many great restaurants to choose from and beaches.All of our excursions we’re able to pick us up from a very calm beach just a few minutes from the condo.We hope to come back!

As Advertised!!

My wife and I and our son had an amazing stay at Las Terrazas 09. From the onset, Kelly was super responsive and available. The condo has 3 large bedrooms and was well equipped. The large family room/dining room Kitchen was ideal along with the Lanai. We had a private chef that Kelly recommended make dinner for us and another family that were staying at the Andax. Ever was a great contact for almost anything including a magical full day private boat excursion with tubing, fishing, lunch on private beach w jet Ski’s. The Prieta Private Beach club was indeed like a four seasons but better because of the waves for boogie boarding. The location of the condo is super close to the four seasons and the new Ritz Carlton reserve both of which we frequented for meals. The 2 golf carts allowed us to explore the entire peninsula. Awesome spot! Thanks Kelly for your hospitality!

Amazing getaway

This was the perfect setup in the middle of pure Costa Rican Heaven. The Papagayo peninsula is probably my favorite spot in all of Costa Rica. This condo had it all and the access to the Prieta Club was top notch. We’ll be back!

Spectacular!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful vacation condo and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality of the property manager and a breathtaking view that perfectly captures the Papagayo Pennisula. The condo was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect to the well-stocked kitchen that allowed us to prepare meals with ease. The outdoor patio was equally impressive, with a stunning view of the beach and rainforest that made it the perfect spot to unwind. The location was ideal – secluded enough to offer peace and tranquility, yet close enough to the beaches, golf course and hotel restaurants. the property manager Hazel provided fantastic recommendations and was always available to assist with any questions or needs we had during our stay. Our host Kelly was delightful and offered many suggestions to make our stay wonderful. We will be back!

Wow! I don’t even know where to start. The condo is better than pics. The individual AC per bedroom came in handy for personal preferences at night. The views….wow! As another guest posted, no one ever at the semi private pool over the cliffs. Cocktails and a game of pool overlooking the forest and ocean - perfect. If you like to hike and picnic, you can get to all the beaches without the club fees (but be prepared for 700 steps down). Gulf side very calm for swimming, Pacific side for waves and sunsets. E bikes were free at stations and we had a blast exploring (you still need to be able to pedal the uphills a bit). Great jogging trails and workout stations with water stations. Plenty of restaurants but for a personalized experience get Ever’s contact from owner. He is wonderful and showed us some of his country (tours/adventure) and brought in Chef Jeremy for a couple of fabulous meals. Absolutely worth it!!! We went several places around Costa Rica last year, this stop was the most spectacular. The golf looked unreal and we will have to come back for a few whacks. It won’t be a game because the vistas are going to take your breath away.

Great Condo

Took less than an hour to get to the condo. Papagayo Peninsula is a gated community - the landscaping is unbelievably manicured & lush. The condo was VERY clean. It's huge, well appointed and has a beautiful view. We had the pool to ourselves but didn't find time to use it much. Kids loved the bumper pool table. We stayed 4 nights after 3 in La Fortuna. We went to Tamarindo for surf lessons - it was a lot of fun but a little more of a drive than we expected. We also did a boat trip where they picked us up at the nature center area beach. Left our golf cart there and took the boardwalk to the beach. The water was like glass, warm and gradual drop off. Boat took us to caves, fishing, snorkeling and inner tubing. Was a blast! Used Ever at thebestdayevercr.com He is very responsive and helpful. Last day was spent at Prieta Beach Club (per person charge to enter). Includes 3 pools, lounge chairs, boogie boards, pool table, drink and food service as well as several restaurants. All the food and drink were delicious but I felt the drinks were a little pricey even for how upscale everything was. Free water, sunscreen and towels. The beach here is volcanic black "sand" and white sand. There are boulders in the surf. I recommend water shoes. It's a bit of a cove with one wave the entire beach. The waves were huge but there was a nice lull between them. Would return to CR and Terrazas! I would recommend you take groceries & try to make dining reservation in advance.

Multi-generational spring break

We traveled as a multi-generational family during spring break (ages 4-70). The condo itself was perfect for our needs with en suite bathrooms and a large living room for our group of 7. The location of the condo complex is convenient to the Four Seasons and walkable to the Nature Center and adjacent beach. Highly recommend renting a golf cart! We used. The condos shared pool almost every day and rarely saw others. The beach club is absolutely beautiful and worth the $75 per person fee. The private chef and tour service recommended by the property owner made the trip extra special.
