There was some delay in getting the code prior to checking in (even though it was a late check in) which made us feel unsafe waiting outside in the dark with little lighting. We ended up fidgeting with the lockbox and found it opened up easily to get the keys. We all felt uncomfortable with this, given the area. The owner did finally contact us with the code after we reached out through the app - just wish he emailed it earlier and prior to check in time as an earlier email suggested he would. There were other things that flagged our stay as not being the most clean set up - but the accommodations did get us through the night and in time for the ferry right across the street, for that we are grateful.
