The property immediately overlooks the bus turning area and the fire station, but has stunning views of the river & the bustle of East Looe across the water.The property does not have parking (normal for properties in town) but there is lots of close parking options. « We had a wonderful time at the Bull Pen. If you’re looking for a quiet, well equipped secluded base from which to explore the nearby towns and villages, this was hard to beat. The nearest shops are a 5 minute car journey away and there are plenty of pubs in the area if you want a bite out. The hosts were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Being on a working farm, there are obviously going to be farm noises but these were not obtrusive. « Our third visit to Heathfield and it gets better every time. The bungalow was spotlessly clean and the facilities excellent, A hamper to welcome us, lovely fluffy towels, crisp white bedding. There is sea view and the village of St Mawes is delightful. We had dinner at The Rising Sun the first night only to be serenaded by a male voice choir, carols and sea shanties quite memorable. »

The property is a stones throw from the town centre and harbour but is quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and had all the requirements for a comfortable stay.
