« We enjoyed our time during our spring break from school. Property worked perfect for our family of 3. Enjoyed the pools and easy beach access. We made breakfast and lunch in the kitchen and there were multiple places within walking distance for eating dinners out. For airport pickup and transportation to the condo, we used the recommended driver Monique who was phenomenal. Very friendly and accommodating. She took us to grocery and liquor stores on the way to the condo and we arranged a ride...

« The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"...

« The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It looks a lot bigger when you walk in and the views of the ocean are unbelievable. We are a family of six kids ranging from 21-25 and everyone was comfortable with the arrangements. Estell is fantastic and incredibly helpful in every way. It’s very convenient to have Violas steps away. It’s an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Atlantis. It was also very easy to get a cab to go into Nassau. Would definitely rent again. »

« Communication was great, and the one minute walk to the beach was wonderful. Without a car, the small grocery store is just a quick 15 minute walk. The bedroom is upstairs via a spiral staircase, so just make sure you can navigate this. The beach chairs and umbrella that were available were well appreciated. Violas is a very convenient and fun place place to dine. »

« Great location walking distance to Cabbage Beach. Enjoyed good drinks and food at Cabbage Beach Bistro while hanging at the beach. Favorite memory will be all day Aquashores Speedboat excusion with pigs, turtles and snorkeling and shark dive with Stuart Cove. Raquel was a great host and took care of all our needs. Her place had everything we needed and we highly recommend her place! »

« The property manager was amazing. Expedia dropped the ball on an excursion when neither I nor expedia could get in contact with the excursion company. Expedia pretty much told me that it was up to our vrbo to fix, even though I booked through expedia directly, not through the vrbo. The property manager reached out to multiple contacts on the island and made the excursion happen. We were so grateful. »

« We loved sitting on the patio enjoying the peaceful view. We stayed for a week in January 2024. We thought we were the only ones in the complex it was so quiet. The condo was well stocked with everything you could need. Great lay out and spacious. Dan was always so quick to communicate with any questions we had, it was nice to be able to walk out the condo right to the gorgeous beach, Violas was a great place for a drink or meal. They were nice to give us coffee to go before we were able to...

« We enjoyed our stay at the Harborside villa very much. The Harborside pool was beautiful and we enjoyed the restaurant near the pool area. Also, Harborside is only a short walk to all of the Atlantis amenities. The host was very responsive and pleasant. We hope to go back in the future. »
