The bedroom serves as a quiet retreat featuring a comfortable double bed with soft linens and room darkening shades to ensure a restful night of sleep. The living room is bright and inviting offering a cozy double bed and a sofa bed perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. You will find a functional kitchen fully equipped with a coffee maker, blender, microwave, and stove, making it easy to prepare meals at your convenience. The dining area provides a dedicated space for shared meals in a calm setting. Outside you can enjoy the beautiful garden or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. The property also includes a private bathroom, clothing storage, and a laptop friendly workspace to accommodate all your needs during your stay.



Guest Access:

During your stay you will have full private access to the entire apartment which serves as your personal sanctuary. You are welcome to enjoy the bright living room and the fully equipped kitchen for your meal preparations. Beyond your front door you have complete access to the shared complex amenities including the refreshing swimming pool and the peaceful garden areas. For your convenience a dedicated private parking space is provided within the condominium grounds. We invite you to enjoy these spaces at your leisure while respecting the shared environment of the property.

For beach lovers, the island's most beautiful shores are incredibly close, with Parguito, El Agua, El Tirano, and El Cardon beaches all reachable within a relaxing five minute drive. If you feel like exploring further, the scenic Guacuco Beach is only twelve minutes away by car. Whether you are looking to spend your days soaking up the sun or enjoying quiet evenings in a mountain inspired setting, this neighborhood provides a wonderful backdrop for your island getaway.



Getting Around:

To make your arrival and exploration of the island as smooth as possible, we recommend having a private vehicle for the most freedom and comfort. Your stay includes a dedicated private parking space within the condominium grounds, allowing you to easily come and go as you please. While local taxis are available for getting around, renting a car is the best way to enjoy the scenic drives to nearby beaches like Parguito and El Agua, which are just a short drive away. For those arriving by air, the Santiago Marino Caribbean International Airport is approximately a forty five minute drive from our peaceful retreat in Paraguachi.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay for everyone, please take a moment to review our house guidelines. Check in time is from 15:00 and check out is by 11:00. We kindly ask that you maintain quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, and we cannot accommodate pets. The swimming pool is available for your enjoyment between 07:00 and 20:00. Please use only your assigned parking space and kindly refrain from eating in the bedroom or leaving wet clothing on the furniture. Guests visiting the common areas are subject to a fee of five dollars per person. We appreciate you treating our home and the condominium facilities with care and respect.
