« Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée. Hôtel très sympa. Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »

« We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes… »

« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« Aside from the weirdly slick and sticky floor, the zero view, and the a/c that thumped like an intruder at the door all night long: this hotel was great and the bed was unbelievably comfy. bathtub a perfect soak after a long long drive. Staff was super nice and helpful. do not uber eats from Outback, take my word on this one thing if nothing else. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! »

« The hotel was clean and well appointed. Soundproofing of the room was excellent. The front desk staff was uniformly kind and attentive. They went out of their way to help me get a safe refrigerator to put some expensive injectable medication in overnight. »

« The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. Then there was the bedding. The bedding had stains on sheets and bedspreads and blankets. The towels did not smell good and there was hair on the new towels - Not my hair or any of...

« I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. »

« The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated. »
