« They let us leave our car there while we were on vacation. We actually walked on sidewalk to the hotel when we returned from the airport. Rooms are very nice with new paint and bathrooms. The breakfast is top quality and staff are friendly. »

« The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. « Hot tub was fine however there was construction all along the front of the hotel, there was no Wi-Fi, had to go to the casino side if I wanted to use Wi-Fi the night desk ladies attitude could be a little bit better she could be a little nicer and a little more helpful but the daytime staff was awesome I mean very enthusiastic very nice and love them. In spite of the lack of Wi-Fi it was a nice stay overall, though I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. »

« I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. »

« Staff was very friendly. I switched hotels from another due to issues with elevator. I have stayed at a residence inn previously and was pleased. Area around is not the best but I looked at several other places and it’s all about the same. This place is fenced in. Room was great. Perfect, except for being right over pool and people wanted to play music till late. Front desk did respond and had them turn down. « The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated. »
