„During my stay, I discovered a small bug crawling on the pillow that appeared to be a bed bug. This was quite concerning and made me uncomfortable about the cleanness of the room. I immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff, and they promptly arranged another room which I appreciated. In addition, the room had an unpleasant, musty smell.“

„Gut“

„Loved everything about this onsen. Quiet and beauty room, with nice private bath. Very spacious and good food. The only thing is my husband told the staff before the dinner that he had allergy to all nuts, but the chef/staff failed to recognize that chestnut and walnut are also nuts, so my husband had a bad allergy reaction and had to take medicine. Luckily he didn’t need to go to hospital, but hotel staff should be more educated with what are nuts.“

„the location is perfect for catching up the morning flight. Natural surroundings helps my family enjoy the countryside life. The host is friendly and quite detail. We did have a good rest here after 5 days road trip.“

„Ungünstiges Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Alternative 1: Bessere, teurere Unterkunft wählen Alternative 2: Nur Tagesausflug und anderorts übernachten“
