Hotels nahe Shanghai Wild Animal Park (Shanghai)

„The hotel is in a great and safe area. The staff were more than helpful, Cecilia was one of the front desk staff that understood and spoke English without having to use a translator. Noashebell that hotel shuttle bus driver was friendly and helpful. Menu Ran Li went out her way to make sure our stay was exciting and comfortable. All the others played a role but those are a few names I got. The maids cleaned everyday with or without us in the room. Clean towels everyday, toothbrush, toothpaste, ...

„Nothing good about the hotel“

„Free Shuttle Bus from and to the airport, many breakfast options, the room was very big, clean and modern.“

„schöne grosse, saubere Zimmer, Free Shuttle, perfekte Lage“

„Modernes Hotel in Pudong“

„Good for kids“

„The host was 2nd to none, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but they did drive to anywhere we needed to go, we would stay there again“

„The hotel is very nice. However, the experience was let down by some of the staff. On arrival, the bell boy was most helpful with unloading our bags. However, the reception lady was clueless. Even though she quickly found my prepaid booking in the system, she went through screen after screen, clicking away merrily without explaining what she was doing. There were two other staff who walked by from time to time, looked over her shoulder and then walked away. A queue of guests behind us grew ...
