« The Julian Lodge is an amazing place to stay at. The gentleman at the front desk was a genuine pleasure to speak with, and made us feel welcomed the second we walked into the office. Check in was super simple, and they gave us the option between one or two keys for the room. The room itself (we stayed in the Deluxe King room) was very spacious yet super cozy at the same time. « What a beautiful retreat Everything was clean well maintained and beautifully decorated I suggest emailing the guests with a few instructions 1) location is up a long driveway to the garage area of the house. We weren’t sure we were at the right address 2) explain check-in procedure, as there’s no one at a reception desk. It’s “self check-in”. Once checked in and in our rooms, we were taken away to our getaway for a day. »

« Les modalités d’enregistrement devraient être plus claires pour récupérer les coordonnées de la chambre. Cette chambre vu sur parking ne correspond pas à mes critères de propreté. La salle de bain doit être refaite entièrement. J’ai des doutes sur la propreté, des serviettes ou des taches étaient présentes ainsi que des affaires d’un client précédent. »
