« Les gens à la réception était non recevable. On est arrivé 2 heures avant l’heure permise pour checkin, en premier c’était 70$ usd, ensuite c’était 70$ usd pour les 2 chambres. On est revenu à 14:30 et encore même si les chambres étaient disponibles, non il fallait payer les 70$. Aucune ouverture non plus à nous donner un petit qqc parce qu’on quittait 30 minutes avant l’ouverture du déjeuner. La chambre était très bien, propre et tranquille, qui est l’essentiel selon moi. »

« Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly but lacked in telling us anything about the property suchbas, fitness center hours, breakfast, hours or Wi-Fi password. If they're even west password needed... Housekeeping was still working when we arrived, and they were all very friendly in the hallways. However, a good housekeeping attendant always checks the amenities in the bathroom, and our conditioner was completely empty and the bedside readung light was out. These are all very minor but...

« Checkin was easy and hassle free. Room was large and the bed was comfy. AC worked like a champ and the shower had great pressure. Breakfast was better than the usual in this class of hotel. « The room was extremely dirty, and even to the point where there was a ponytail holder that was left by a previous person. The front desk staff even stated to me that they were not a Hilton hotel so what was there to be expected? It was not the experience I was expecting being a rewards member. »
