« Will is a wonderful host. He is very welcoming and responsive. We were there due to a family emergency, and he was so helpful and accommodating. The house is a perfectly appointed cottage with everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is also very clean. The setting is beautiful with the creek in the back yard and a lovely outdoor area with a deck, fire pit, chairs and hanging lanterns. « We had a great experience with the host and the house. It was located in a nice area and was very private. The host was great with communication. »

« We have stayed at Charming Beaver several times and it never disappoints. It has everything we need and always enjoy breathtaking views, hot tub and great porch just sit and relax. The only recommendation I would have is to try and get rid of the large spiders on the side outside of screened in porch. The web was huge along with several f the spiders. We will be back next year! « Overall it was a nice beautiful property. However the hot water would only last us a few minutes at a time. Everything else was stellar and the proximity to the town was very convenient. It would of been great if a BBQ would of been on site. Its important to note that the property says its good for 3 people, there is only one bed and the sofa is not a pull out and its quite small. »
