« Upon arrival, the facility did *not* have our reservation and was booked (althpugh they said Expedia did not connect with them). They finally gave us a "no show" room at 1 am; however, it was a single (we had booked, and needed) a double. They rolled up a cot which was rusty and broke upon unfolding, so one member of our party slept on a tilted mattress. The breakfast was meager: weak coffee and no milk for what coffee there was. « Staff was super friendly and the breakfast had a nice variety. Detailed cleanliness could use some finessing and they did not have enough towels at the pool no matter the time of day. Would still stay again. We love the location and the restaurants that surround the property. »

« Room was clean and quiet, temperature was comfortable, the mini fridge and microwave is always a plus!! However the bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed ever and SQUEAKED with every move. Breakfast until 10am and Noon check out time was nice so you didn't feel rushed. »
