« Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant and did provide a room with what I was asking for. The room was clean and spacious as per description. Good supply of hot water for bathing morning and evening. The matress was very old and no longer supportive as it may have been years ago when purchased and needed replaced a whole back. Pool area was nice though no shade at all and no umbrellas available so this limited the time one could spend by the pool which was one of the primary reasons to go...

« Room was quite small ,but recently maintained.There are no regular TV channels available so that is a big minus.The breakfast was decent and staff where courteous and helpful.But the toilet is a disaster it is tiny and I'll planned,no hot water in the shower in the morning as they are run on solar only and in Bangalore in winter this makes it very difficult.The water from the toilet overflows almost to room floor and toilet is a mess.
