„Positive: great breakfast with a very big choice, very good service at the desk, rooms are renovated and set up well Negative: The rooms were cleaned very lately, the fitness studio was very small“

„For staying there for 7 nights we only had service once for our room and we were suppose to have it every other day and no one emptied our garbage for the whole week. I was really disappointed with the cleaning service.“

„As always overall a good choise. Just, this time not lucky with the first room we checked in, dirty, but got a transfer right away. No problem.“

„Das Einchecken und das Zimmer mit der Grösse und Einrichtung waren grundsätzlich gut. Leider konnte die Klimaanlage die ganze Zeit nicht für uns korrekt eingestellt werden. Zudem ist sie so verbaut, dass der Luftzug voll auf Bett gerichtet ist und wir so Halsschmerzen etc. erwischt haben. Es wäre nach uns zu prüfen wie eine Optimierung durchgesetzt werden könnte.“

„It is hard to believe that in today's media world, the guest rooms do not have the local network channels available. The cable channels in the room were garbage. Strangely, it appeared that the local channels were playing in the restaurant?? How can that possibly be!!“

„Booked since it was new and I try different properties on visits to Cincinnati. Ideal location for parking overnight and dining out and/or catching a show or sporting event downtown. Easy walk to the Taft was appreciated. The Cozy King is generously sized and well appointed. Expect the upgraded rooms are even more pleasing.“

„Great room and hotel experience. Very nice from room, breakfast and location“

„Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. My only issue was the room didn't have a microwave.“

„Alles sauber. Frühstück gut“

„Nächsts mal in Columbus gehe ich wieder dort hin!“

„Very clean and updated. Great rate!“

„Breakfast was terrible. Hot items were egg whites, turkey bacon and chicken sausage. I've stayed in a lot of Hamptons and the food has always been good. The front desk staff was amazing! Very helpful and entertaining“
