Hotels nahe Seaside Park (Incheon)

„Extremely filthy hotel. Photos are fake, glasses and linens have hair on them. All corners are dusty and the worst of all is they even want to scam more money from me by pretending to agree to a refund if I first pay again for that night, which I had already paid in full in advance. Later on, after they were unsuccessful with the scam, they lied to the customer service of the platform saying that I checked-in early and used the room before I complain about the sanity issue.“

„Overall it was clean, but the parking guy was already very unfriendly and stressing out, despite the fact we had a crying baby in the car. Also the guy at the reception was super nice, but for whatever reason there was no breakfast (it seems they currently dont offer it), there is no pool in the building. You only get a voucher for a Korean style spa (= its a wash house, no pool). I believe all the Ocean hotels belong together. The location is good.“

„Very dirty“

„Clean room in a property that shows deferred maintenance. Hallway carpet in desperate need of shampoo. Three elevators aren’t programmed together so I had to stop on multiple floors with no one there. They made me fetch towels and water bottles from the lobby counter each day. I saw house keeping staff who can bring them to me so I am puzzled if they are trying to insult me or what. If they did, they succeeded. I am not coming back.“

„I stayed just for one night in this hotel. It was calm and clean. I surely can recommend it for a longer stay. And in case you need a taxi just go to the little shop in the same building around the corner. The owner of this shop is at the same time a taxi driver.“
