« Stayed week of 4th of July. One of the busiest weekends of the year and only one elevator worked. They never had anybody out there working on it the whole time.. Guess not a priority. Spent a third of vacation waiting on elevator. They also expect you to pay $12 a day for parking... not disclosed until you get there. The only reason we would stay there again is because of the location. »

« This is a new property and it had a few tweaks that were needed. However, it did not interfere with my stay. Allow me to give kudos to the staff. The GM Darren, manager Juanita, and the crew Deana and Dana were amazing. Any issue was easily addressed. They made you feel comfortable, and their customer service felt like having a friend in the hotel business. The bed is cozy, and the decor is modern and simple. The hotel is located directly at restaurant and bar areas. Easily walkable to cafes...

« The floor in the room wasn't clean. The dresser drawers were partly usable. The bottom drawer bottom was completely gone. Air conditioning was fine. The bed was ok. The second night is when I saw the bugs and flies.The TV was hard to figure out so I didn't watch anything. The refrigerator freezer was full of ice which really needed cleaning. « I know the hotel is near the beach and is not going to be in prestine condition, but what a dump this place was. When you first walk in the office, it stinks. Check on time was 2pm. They said our room would not be ready until 2:30pm. Arrived in our room, an old dumpy king with a balcony view of the water. From the curtains, carpet, walls, bath tub, bedding and towels....all old and gross. To top it off, there were no towels in our room. We had to walk back to the office to get some. The bathtub...

« This place was horrible. Rooms were dirty - sheets and towels not clean . My kids and I couldn't sleep with all the drunk people being so loud . We will never come back . »

« We arrived late, the room we were originally assigned was dirty and sheets had not been changed, beds unmade an dirty dishes left out. We were switched to a different room and it was much better but not what I expected for 4.8 star ratings I saw. It was a last minute trip planned on a busy Holiday weekend »

« Staff was friendly but even tho property was under renovation, rooms were grubby, linens not fresh. Breakfast has no butter (or peanut butter ) for toast, no plain creamer for coffee. »

« Older hotel and it showed, ols tv set, found a roach in the bath tub and a cigarette but in the pool. Breakfast was ordinary to be polite. Should have paid a by more to be in better part of town. »
