« Front desk did not speak English. Bad start. Very clean and spacious. Did not have a bar. Rooms were big and nice. The shower was a mess! No shower curtain to stop water from going all over the bathroom. The property felt very empty of life. No people in or around. The breakfast was spectacular. The evening host for dinner was great. Spoke English and very accommodating »

« The property is a little over presented what you see in the picture is not what it really looks like in reality. Location is central but the room amenities are hard to use or not usable at all. If you want to upgrade there isnt much option. The staff was the best part of our stay especially the Manager Zhang Na. On our first night, they informed us of the water outage which was not the greatest news when you travel over 2000 kms to get there. »

« Room wasn’t clean. The bed was fine but the rest of it was no better than a motel in my opinion. Staff were pretty friendly. But horrible otherwise. Plus the location sucked. Would never stay here again. »
