it's not a five star resort - it's Vegas. Pool closed at 5 pm, no more food as of 3.30 pm - bad service throughout the opening hours, but all employees cleaning the place up as of 3 m. NO shade available by the pool unless you pay extra. OVER ALL NOT GOOD SERVICE - we paid breakfast extra and then they make you wait in line for more than 1 hour to get a table. not acceptable...
