„The service at the restaurant was so bad“

„The staff in this hotel are very helpful, especially the staff who helped with our luggage.“

„Preislich ok aber Austattung etwas betagt und Sauberkeit im Bad verbesserungswürdig. Personal aber sehr bemüht und auch mit Englisch war die Kommunikation möglich. Publikum ist weit überwiegend Chinesisch. Zum Frühstück wurde frisch gepresster Orangen geboten und das Buffet ist umfangreich wenn auch nicht durchgängig lecker. Insgesamt aber alles dem Preis angemessen“

„This unique hotel includes several small mansions with about rooms each. These houses have distinctive contemporaary styles. Our room was spacious and elegant, but the structure showed some wear. Because the mansions are distributed along a small valley, you need to take a free shuttle to the main lobby and restaurant. The restaurant is really good, which is important because there are not many convenient dining options in the area. The hotel is connected to am amazing, but challenging hiking ...

„雖然有點舊，但整體在設計，用料 ，好有心思。工作團隊有禮，態度和藹，不錯。“

„Very spacious. Staffs are nice and helpful. Excellent breakfast with lots of varieties.“

„The place is very reasonable priced. Location: 10-15 minute walk to nearest subway and 1 hour ride away from the city centre. But it is next to a crossroad so if find it difficult to sleep with noise this might be a deal breaker. Price wise the location is great. Service The personnel is very friendly. There is 24/7 someone behind the desk. The personnel is very helpfull with questions like trips and restaurants. English is not their strong suit. But simple stuff, check in, check out or ...

„乾淨，唯一餐廳比較遠小小，但係餐廳內的招呼很好。“

„Tedious and infuriating. Check in - hard work. Then woken up hours later as they hadn’t done it properly. Asked for a taxi to the airport - apparently no can do! No taxi? Maybe you do yourself sir!!!!! No! Aren’t any! I’ve never been anywhere in the world where this is an issue. It took 2 hours! Restaurant - clueless. It took an hour for them to realise we might be in the restaurant for food! I wish I was joking. Literally no idea why we might be there! Other hotel amenities are extortionate ...

„The room was unhygienic and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Most importantly, the door lock did not work, making it impossible to secure our belongings or feel safe. The entrance did not match the advertised photos, and no staff were available to help. We had to leave and pay for another hotel. I would not recommend this property due to serious safety and cleanliness concerns.“
